Whats with the hit and run moderating?

Whats the way to complain about a moderator on this board?
I was going to complain here but seems theres another way?

ther are many ways to make a complaint or appeal against a moderator decision. have you tried these methods and what were the results?

bear in mind that the mods are human and they cannot be expected to be 100% objective and unbiased.
