My Request for an avater (Anyone!! Please) :(

If someone can do this for me i would love it because ive seen some animated avatars on here an they are awesome . Ok my request is like a blue orb that blinks moves around a little and then just disappears like ufos do where you see them and they just disappear out of no where it doesnt shoot off it just disappears heh. I would like the orb to be liek this (picture below). The blinking is nice i would think so can anyone do this for me please? the background can be all black. So it blinks and then moves around a little and just disappers. Thanks to whoever can
