im half way through right now and one thing is clear..either this guy or alex collier are lying.

alex collier says we are 'royalty'..this guy bob dean says we are manufactured slaves..

they cant both be right...

he also mentions having photos of a few things...one being nibiru and some he mentioned at the start of the interview...has anyone got these?

Ahhh proof! I would love to see some scientific proof of any of this Niburu stuff. Otherwise it comes across as fear mongering in order to make some bucks and to give some delusional people a sense of purpose. What kind of purpose does it serve to scare people? I still want to know who Bob Dean is.

Dean majored in ancient history, psychology, and philosophy at Indiana University, completed extensive studies in archeology and theology and holds the equivalent of a masters level degree in Emergency Management

Dean served in the army for 27 years [1]. He fought as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army during the Korean War. In 1963, Dean was assigned to SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) which at that time was just outside Paris (it later would be relocated to Mons, Belgium).

In 1964, a USAF colonel, Col. Frank Collins, gave Dean, a Command Master Sergeant and access to a copy of a document called An Assessment. Dean states that there were only 15 copies, one of which was kept in the safe. Dean said he read it every chance he had, being able to able to access the document because he had Cosmic Top Secret Clearance,[11] As would be expected in the case of such a high security classified document Dean has been unable to provide a copy to prove his recount.

Dean states the document An Assessment: An Evaluation of a Possible Threat to Allied Forces in Europe, (published in 1964) was one & a half inches thick, and is a secret NATO report on UFOs. The document was accompanied by 8 1/2 inches of Annexes and Appendices.

The report, was ordered to be compiled by British Air Marshall Sir Thomas Geoffrey Pike, Deputy SACEUR (Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe) from August 1963 until his retirement in 1967. The report was prompted by a Red Alert event that is claimed to have happened on 2 February 1961 at 0200 hrs. A formation of approximately 50 flying disc-shaped objects flew at very high altitudes, at very high speeds under intelligent control. They came from the east, flew over Germany, France, England and continued north until they disappeared over the Norwegian sea.

The titles of some of the annexes of the report, Dean states, were as follows: Radar and Electromagnetic Effects, Optical and Light Analysis, Photographic and Holographic Analysis, Historical Research and Historical Evidence, Metallurgical and Technical Analysis, Atmospheric Physics and Meteorology, Biological Analysis and Autopsies, Sociological Problems, Psychological Problems, Theological Implications, and Worldwide Effects.[citation needed]

"The Assessment", concluded in 1964 that there were four different extraterrestial civilizations visiting Earth[12] but by the time of Dean’s retirement from the military in 1976, he claims, the assessment was there were at least twelve different extraterrestrial civilizations visiting Earth.

It is quite possible that CSM Dean is Victor. The two men do look similar and even have a small ponytail in the back. I was willing to believe they could be two different men, but the ponytail is too much.

The biggest problem with CSM Dean is he claimed to have a picture of the classified book he read while at SHAPE. When someone noted it was a fake, the story was changed to he made a photograph of a copy.
Add to the claims of his psychic wife who has channeled extraterrestrials all her life and throw in Nibiru and you get a dubious story worthy of the crackpot file.

The problem with the "whistleblowers" are they all seem to contradict themselves and each other. There needs to be some type of vetting process.

In his biography it claims he fought as a second lieutenant during the Korean conflict and then retired as an enlisted man. Someone needs to fix that error, as Dean would of been an officer when he retired. Why did he get knocked down to enlisted?

I am very tired of all this Nibiru nonesense. Its boring , its hyped , and its just too well known .
Its almost tantamount to disinformation. I have so little respect for these MASSIVE conspiracies and what have you . Its fair enough to say that there is evidence out there (should one care to risk thier life finding it ) of alien existance , and occasional visitation to our humble world. But suggesting that you can possibly KNOW what a group of alien beings will do , where they will come from , or ANYTHING else about them short of size apparant weight , and eye colour , is ridiculous .
I will believe what he says , if he shows us live capture video of something solid and undeniable . Otherwise hes just another maybe and a waste of freakin time .

In a C2C interview i heared a scientist say that it is impossible for a planet to be still undetected if it should be crossing in the four years left until 2012. His argument was that a space craft with enormous speed will take more than ten years to leave our solar system. So if there is a planet comming our way it must have at least have double the speed of our fastest probe. That makes sense....something the size of a planet must be very well visable and in the news if it has still four years to go, it must be traveling well within our solarsystem today. But it is not...
