It's easy to get fake govt ID

Man, these days it is so easy to impersonate a govt agent or whatever. I mean, check this out; no copyright I printed it off my myspace.

Sorry, but not it's not. They have watermarks and all kinds of things in them. You might be able to fool common people, but anyone who actually matters isn't going to be fooled at all.

Beyond fake.

I'd pay good money to see someone try to use that with me picking the place.

...and how many people know there's a watermark on the government ID?

Someone flashes their badge and the warrant card in front of you and it's in a blink of an eye. Do you say "Hold on let me examine your ID for forgery?"

If they want to really fool you they will do their best in reproducing the ID. Impersonating a law enforcement officer is a criminal offense and anyone doing it is risking a lot to just go around with a bad forgery in their pocket.

Anyone who is in government or positions where you can really do harm with it is going to know there are watermarks and other things on them. Speaking from when I was in the military, they are more worried about someone losing their ID card and someone else picking it up.

The rest is nothing new and is probably harder now than ever.
