I don't like the looks of this!!!

This is getting too scarey for words.

The end times as outlined in many religions and prophecies really seem to coming to pass.

1. The coming comets which will form a cross in the sky
2. China getting more intense with Tawain
3. Israel and Palestine conflict getting worse
4.The sun acting stranger then ever recorded in history
5. Earthquakes, Volcano�s and the moon looks different tonight

I could go on and on...

At the end of April, first part of May we see the comets form the cross in the heavens.
Sometime after that the abomination of desolation when (I think) Palestinians stand in the holy place after rising up against Israel

The comet, Asteroid or planet-X happens and causes the earth to tilt and/or pole shift then Yellowstone sets off and we have 3 days of darkness . This will put America in a position of weakness and then maybe we see the war to end wars...The war in heaven China? Russia?

Get ready just in case, follow current events, read about the end times and compare and post your finds on ATS.

If we do see two bright spots one morning where only he sun usually shines then know this... We will only have a short time left. Air travel will be shut down to contain the ensuing panic. We will see and hear about government and family fleeing to safe underground bases. The phone and internet may be all that�s left

The Abomination of Desolation is when the Antichrist proclaims (falsely) that he is God, and 'proves' it by showing the people of the Earth false miracles. This is supposed to be done in a church/temple in Israel.

How does it look different? I am on the west coast and I just went outside to look at the moon. I didn't notice anything unusual. I could bust out the Meade ETX90 and check it out, but you know how it goes, I'm too lazy and the Duke game is about to start.

Well, it's definitely a firm possibility. Although, people will never know when the end comes unless they are in the generations that experience it. Remember, practically in every century since forever, there have been people proclaiming that the world is ending or it will soon. So are we just following historical trends? Who knows?

Having said that, there are signs that cannot be ignored. Why our time may be exceptional to all the "end timers" of the past is that for the first time, humans actually possess the tech and weaponry to fulfill some of the prophecies. Israel is a newly (relatively) resurrected country which is testament to its role in Revelation. Before 1944, Revelation could have been seen as impossible just for the fact that Israel didn't exist. Computer tech and chips make it feasible for other prophecies to actually happen where before, there would've seemed to be no way for them to happen.

So I would agree with you. But don't let yourself get too scared to upset your life or anything. If we are truly in those times, they will happen whether we worry about them or not. So don't waste time worrying. If it comes, fight it, or seek safety somewhere, or ignore it, but worrying will not do anything.

It won't bother me...... I trust in God.... My grandpa gives me comfort in knowing that he's there safe...

I read a great thread about a year ago but I've lost it somewhere. Someone put together all the myths and stories from ancient folklor, native indians, etc. It discribed the sun not rising as the earth stopped rotating.

One comes to mind of I think Hopi myth that an elder waited for the sun to rise but it came up just to the horizion and stood there not moving. After a long time light began to break over the horizion but upon further gazing it was not the sun but light reflecting off the water which came across the land then receaded. Finally the sun rose in the sky.

I think there is something that happens to earth every so many thosands of years. Maybe some sort of rotational resonation which causes this strange event. It reminds me of riding the trabant at the fair. It spins and rises in one direction then while your allazed an confused it slows down and reverses.

This is going to be interesting. We may finally get the answers to the questions we have been asking about religion. Were we made by the greys, what colour is Jesus, are the reptilians running the world. And if Revelation is proved true, then quite a few of us are going to be #ting ourselves.

If the earth were to instantly stop moving....we'd all go flyng around the earth at something like 1800 kms/hour.

Or whatever the rotational speed is.

But according to physics...we wont be stopping rotating.

the paths of the comets may form a cross, but the tails will never intersect to form a cross. my point? you could take the orbits of ANY two celestial bodies and say they make a cross...

these areas have their ups and downs in tensions. so does india and pakistan. why not throw them into the mix?

they sun is what, 4.6 billion years old? how long have we been scientifically studied the sun? a couple hundred years... and how much of that is accurate even? probably the last 50 years or so, i would say. we don't know enough about the actions of the sun to say it's acting "strange."

there are alwasy earthquakes happening and volcanoes erupting. as for the moon looking different? it happens. it's all just the atmosphere.

As some might know from my posts, I believe we are in the end times. However, the world will not end this year. There are still many prophecies, according to the Bible, that are not fulfilled. I belive we are going through the birth pains right now. Everything seems to have escalated in the last 20 years or so.

but

as you stated it's the first RECORDED hurricane. We dont know what went on before hurricanes and weather patterns were recorded, so it could just be a freak occurrance we have never noticed before.

I wouldn't doubt for a second that these are the end times...I hadn't heard about the two comets, but man... that's a sign if there ever was one.

And I'm with Gazrok up there... I'll love all damn day, but I'll do it with a loaded .357 in my belt holster, if that's quite all right.

How about this. If someone tells you to look for something, and you want to find it, you almost always will. It may pop out at you as significant and unique, but that doesn't mean that it necessarily is. Strange things happen in this world all the time that you could say would be signs.
