Apologize if this has already been posted, but I couldn't believe what I was seeing in this BBC live coverage.

Can this be a hoax or done with computer graphics software?

I will leave it up to the ATSers to pick apart.

Pretty sure that is a building or sequence of buildings off in the distance w/ lights on top of them(airplanes). The camera is causing a blur effect which makes the lights look similar in size.

Yep more than likely a building... Easy to check if we got day footage from the same channel when he's sitting there. If there's no building there... Maybe its UFOs

Looks like a few towers that are lined up in that perspective view with navigation lights flashing,but I could be wrong?
