I'm starting to get frustrated. I remember back in June, after being informed in March that the US Economy would collapse in September I informed everyone I knew. Everyone just looked at me like a babbling lunatic. Then it happens and I say soon it will be martial law and everyone thinks I'm crazy when they would argue with me about how the economy would never collapse. Why do people continue to defend Bush? Why do people continue to think that anyone who goes against the status quo is a lunatic? Why does the term conspiracy theorist have such a negative background?

WHY WON'T PEOPLE JUST WAKE UP!? The evidence is right in front of them. What is at the root of this problem? Are we to blame for not being out there on the streets storming the countries capital? Does anyone else feel like they're being brushed off by ignorant people everywhere they go? Do these people truly deserved to be saved or even informed?

Maybe their destiny lies elsewhere. If we force them to believe us, we're no different than the current establishment. Our only choice is to lead by example, not by force.

It's just that a lot of these things havent (or didn't happen at the time).
They get out of bed and it's the same as the day before, so they assume the next day will be like that too.
Also, a lot of people don't have the mental capacity to look forward, all that matters is AmeriCanadian idol, big brother (the TV show) the sport(s) score, or whats for supper tonight. They live insulated lives a lot of them and really don't pay much attention to goings on beyond there own interests.

Boy, will they be shocked!

Because a good deal of theorists are raving, backwards lunatics at times?
People run around screaming one thing may happen, then the next bad thing may happen, be damned with how others view or take in things, They know they are right! Entity X is the supreme evil for Y Reason! Nothing else can be to blame, so I must stand upon a soapbox and shout at whomever wandered by!

I'm not directing this at you OP, but lets face it, it's negative not because nefarious sources set out to make it so, it's because a few bad apples have really made theorists look crazy.

Why you ask?

Well everyone that we know is so in tune with the news and they follow it like a religion, if the news says it then is must be true, if they say its not true then its not. They also base everything from what they were taught as a kid or in school.

If someone were to tell you that they had a Time machine would you believe them right away?

no of course not, you would want to see it and test it in order to believe.( at least i would anyway)

That's what everyone faces they don't see or hear any evidence about it so it must not be true. The society is hurt by the fact that don't think outside from what they learn, let alone talk about with friend's or family in order to avoid ridicule.

PS. Also i might add that we have grown into a society that pokes fun at people who think differently.

I often find myself being nothing more than a windbag when having these discussions with friends. The good news is, I always get proven right..I have yet to be wrong. that said, I would not call myself a Conspiracy Theorist, so much as one who reads the numbers. I have my head buried in files all day long, same with news reports, and conversations with insiders on whatever it is I may be researching at the time. The key to all of this is to stop trying to warn others. those who are awake will do what they need to do to survive what is coming. If I were you I would focus on preparation, gathering of supplies and equipment and what not. And to hell with everyone else.

I did the same thing as you, except when you're in high school and you say to one of your friends during lunch, "Did you know that the economy is gonna collapse?" They give you this strange look, turn the other way and start talking about celebrities, hot guys, clothes, after High School plans, etc. After High School Plans? What? I just told you the economy is gonna collapse, so all your After High School Plans are already pretty much taken care of.
Most likely scenario if I tell my mom about marshal law goes like this...
me:"What should we do if marshal law happens?"
Mom: "You are on that computer way too much...If you stay on there too long it will rot your brain out you know."
me: "I learn more from the internet than from 12 years of school."
mom: "Do I need to take you to a psychiatrist?"

I think there is no waking these people up...they are out of it.
We just have to do what we can-and most importantly don't be controlled by fear, and do spread love.

The root of this problem is the fear and selfishness of humans that makes it easy to be controlled. Once we learn that we are supposed to be loving and watching out for each other than we can rise above being controlled.

I totally understand! Some of my friends believe me, and some of them I know to just not say anything, because I know them. Now, if I take my time and just let it soak in, then tell them a little more, give them links to what I have found to judge for themselves. It's like I have to either keep my mouth shut and come here and other places on the net, or feed it to them slowly, cause they know me too, and they know I'm not a kook, but it's like I want them to know to wake them up, but it is like feeding a baby, then having to burp them, then give them more and I watch them grow and finally watching them wake up from the slumber they have been in. That's how I do it.
Anyway, good post, I know how ya feel

People are in a chemical daze. Between the flouride, the heavy metals, the food additives and the toxic plastic they can barely perform their day job, being left exausted and in a daze.

Do you really expect them to easily get something as complex as a sociopathic bloodline muddying the international bloodlines since babylon? Or even the mechanics of fractional reserve theft?

Just keep talking, most of these people will need constant exposure over years. If you really want to help them, instead of the causes of the meltdown you need to first take care of their health, both mental and physical. They need clean food and water and sunlight and a good detox before they can take it in.

What do you mean by this? What is with the fluoride?

I want to play too!!!

Predicting that the economy would get worse 6 months ago is hardly amazing. Every serious business person I know and work with has been saying that for 2 years. I doubt people were blowing you off so much as tired of talking about it. We are all also in agreement that with the election of a new president things will start to get better.

As for Martial law it gets hard to believe when I am presented evidence like a Senator confirming we are under martial law during a senate debate. The 'we' clearly refers to the senate and it is a common procedure these days. It is unrelated to martial law in the U.S. What else is there, lets see, a relatively small number of troops being assigned to help in domestic emergencies with non-lethal weapons. Sorry but that doesn't scare me at all as here in AZ we mostly cary the lethal kind and quite a few of them. Would you rather our troops or private contractors? Lets see there are the photos of cattle trains that I am told, and thus must believe, are now for use as prison trains. Seriously I need more than an anonymous internet post to believe something, as I hope all of you do as well.

I am not defending Bush or the status quo but I am not going to jump on every fear mongering CT that comes along. We have a lot to change in this country but this kind of distortion and misleading information is not the way to go.

I will of course eat my own hat and yours if I get packed up to a FEMA camp and we meet each other. Very unlikely in my book. However if nothing happens this month or next year you can all just keep saying "its coming!" just like all this current GFL nonsense. Here is a prediction the GFL and Blossom and the UFO are all full of nonsense! None of us are going to FEMA camps and the economy will slowly bounce back.

If you do not know about the flouride it would be a good place to start as it was used on the jews during world war II. Look up the history of that and even you will start to realize this goes way deeper than most think.

Flouride is in effect a neurotransmitter inhibiter, it attacks the memory making people forgetfull and cut off from using their full intelect. Over time it damages the brain and also provokes bone disintegration. It's one of the vectors of a multisided attack on the body computer.

But the big picture is, if you don't have clean water, pure fresh foods without chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers and lots of sunlight you will be functioning below your peak potential, both on the physical as on the intelectual level. And you will be cut off from your spiritual self, which is also part of the big picture.

Yes, it's a mighty deep rabbit hole my friend.

I like the postive tones in this thread.

It is a small change for me, but I used to drink the five hour energy shots for work, you know the little bottles of yuk!

Then I started drinking the Naked juices particularly the protein one each day and it has increased my vitality by far!

It starts with the small changes and the postive feelings gained from those can encourage you to go further with it.

By the way,,, I was aware of the flouride issue, but didn't know it went back to Hitler's time.

Flouride's effects were first noticed at alluminium plants on workers sometime in the early 20th century. It was then adopted by the world elite under a nazi inspired program of chemical population control. It is a relevant factor in the lack of public outcry in the face of obvious deception and exploitation.

And sadly it is not the only weopon in their arsenal, there is more nasty stuff being used, from GMO's to Chemtrails, it's all an attack on the body, to cut it from the intelect and the spirit and an attempted eugenic inspired slow motion genocide.

I've witnessed many other people that believe they are "in the know" in action and let me tell you many do come off as nuts. If you really want to inform anyone you need to do it casually and not in a serious or worried tone.

Funny enough, I was out to lunch with a couple co-workers the day before yesterday and as I went into a little detail about various topics of interest in relation to the current state of our economy, possibility of a bank holiday, banks runs etc, they sorta glazed over as people usually do when they are listening to someone they'd refer to as an alarmist.
At any rate, today, one of those co-workers of mine got a call from his dad telling him to pull out enough cash to sustain himself for one or 2 months as he suspected there might be a bank holiday declared sometime this week. He didn't seem to glaze over when he was hearing it from his dad and in fact, turned to me and advised me to take heed...that's when I gently reminded him of our discussion the day before.
I am not saying this is going to happen or doing the I told you so thing as much as conveying this is a guy who doesn't browse ATS and had been expecting "this" for the last forty years.

All I could say is do what you can to keep those you care about safe even if they don't necessarily seem to recognize the potential threat. At the end of the discussion, the statement that stuck was that "it's better to be safe than sorry".

I still don't feel safe, but a part of me holds to the ideal that things will work themselves out somehow. Have faith, my friends.

I've done it that way. Yet, still people just glaze over or roll their eyes. It's not because people are sick of hearing it, like someone suggested. These are people who have never heard it before. I told them the economy would collapse in September or decline at a radical scale, they all called me nuts. Then it happens and I start talking about the effect of the economic collapse on a grand scale and they still call me nuts, or laugh. It's not funny. I think the intellectual level of our nation is declining at an alarming rate and the people I talk to are not dumb people. They are students and Professors. The only person who believes me is considered a "terrorist" on campus.

There is no way to avoid looking like a nut IMO. The only way to not look like a nut, is to just give people small doses of truth at a time. With 1 stipulation - you must know where they are in their beliefs. And then you would have to lie and agree with something you know aren't exactly true in order to keep with the person. I'd honestly rather look like a nut. Just not so much the raving part.

Aside from that you can't expect immediate responses. The people I have managed to wake up, it took over a year for it to start. All I did was keep saying the truth in the discussions. I got called names and such back then. But the thing about telling people the truth, and something you can rely on is - time will prove you right. I told people a year ago the market was gonna crash - you crazy nut they told me. And I would sit back and smile and say - Time will prove me right. And ding ding, it did.

And people will notice that. That bit of truth will be in the back of their head. And everytime something happens - click, click, click. Don't expect to get credit for it. Don't expect to be told thank you(I've had 1 person ever thank me). Don't expect any apologies. People will have to think they figured it out on their own, which honestly isn't too far off. Because it's not about telling people the truth, it's about getting them to understand. And that they do have to do for themselves.

Many people fall under peer pressure. When I would tell the truth years ago on other forums, nobody would dare post in my favor. But I would get the occasional private message of - right on, I agree. They didn't want to post in public because they didn't want their friends to think bad of them. Now as more of them have waken up to some degree, the pressure is no longer there and they post honestly.

But what is really getting it? Is it merely seeing the problem? Or is getting it not also seeing the proper solution?
