If there are some of you in the Virginia area who would like to set one up, I'd be willing to start looking for an appropriate spot. U2U me.

This is not a one liner. A one liner would go: "My girl's so ugly I gave her a hickey I got fur in my mouth..."

I think you are spot on. You survivalists would be shooting yourself in the foot if you become too "official" (read: "trackable"). An informal meeting in a public place would do you the most help.
