Although this is a limited action in terms of coverage, it is a first step. For those lawyers that are on ATS, any suggestions on how or whether more global actions can be taken against either the Federal Government or the Individual firms and entities, would be appreciated.
I know that in the case of fiduciary breach, the Supreme Court ruled that you could sue the Federal Government, but I'm not sure if a case could be made that fiduciary breach had occurred of the taxpayers' trust.
