Joe Biden says Man is Only Cause of Global Warming

I’m watching the VP debates now and Joe Biden just said unequivocally that Global Warming is a man-made phenomenon.

There is no other cause, no other explanation. It was man.

Does this seem like a strange statement to make?

I wonder what future legislation old Biden has in mind with this "belief."

Carbon Tax any one?
