That is a pretty awesome platform for an aircraft that had no weapon. At least this is something. Too bad they couldn't install a 30mm gun with HE shells. But then it was never meant to take on tanks or light armor vehicles.

I think this Osprey could be a good gun platform for close in ground support?

You know what I mean, a cheap version of the Viet Nam era Puff the Magic Dragon.

Any idea of the aircraft's range and endurance?
