Just to clear something up

This guy was arrested in the UK, for material he published online from his Australian base, on an EU arrest warrant

He hasn't broken any UK or Australian laws. He's fallen foul of Germany's law and the German authorities have invoked an EU extradition policy

Please always bear in mind, it is the victors that write the history.

Could it be because most European countries have long ceased to be, or never were Democracies?
Many citizens in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and Scandinavia, just to name a few, have absolutely no right to an opinion, even if it is idiotic, nor can they vote for their political ideals, since so many parties and movements are illegal.

In fact, at least in France, Germany and Austria, it is even illegal to buy, sell or have Nazi memorabilia, you can't even be a collector.
Not to mention the fact that these countries early twentieth century history has been so rewritten that it nears stupidity, a thing that I have fought, and am fighting against, with various legal battles, all won (my lawyers, Bankers, and me, warmly thank the above countries)...

It is sad that these so-called democracies alienate ~20% of their population, leaving that population with only one way to express their ideals, hate-crimes and violence...

The more these movements are prohibited, the more popular and appealing they become, we all remember the effects born from the attempted legal destruction of the German Nazi Movement in the 20's.

Like always, it seems that Europe, or most of it, refuses to learn the lessons of the past and are therefor condemned to relieve them, sooner or later...
Maybe next time North America will just ignore their mistakes, and leave them to kill each other out...

In the UK things are a little bit better, even when their major right wing Party has to live under camouflage (British National Party)...

My grandmother was a holocaust survivor, she was sent to aushwitz in 1944 and came close to being GASSED by the nazis but was liberated just in time in 1945.

Your country may not have such laws, but as part of the EU they are bound to enforce the laws of countries that do have such laws. If you were to start publishing articles denying the holocaust in your country and another country in the EU complained to Brussels, you'd be arrested, too. The countries of the EU need to take their own sovereignty back.

Actually, the BNP are not 'right wing' as such. Their Economics are actually slightly left wing, a bit socialist. Someone once said that in this regard they are the champion of the underdog (as long as that underdog is not black or a jew). It's their authoritarian and racist/highly nationalist/seperatist stance that makes people shout "right wing", but it's not technically correct.

This thread right here and right now should always and forever be pointed to as a reason why America is a great country.

You can stand outside the White House and hold up signs that say "George Bush is the devil, Nader is our Savior" and while you'll get laughed at, no one will cart you away.


In Europe, you say just 4 words:
"The Holocaust didn't happen" and you go to prison.

Holocaust "denial" has been made illegal and punishable for the same reason that the laws of the Inquisition" were made.

The scene today is and EXACT parallel to the Inquisition.

They were scared to death that the nazi's would rise to power again so
they passed certain laws in Germany and elsewhere. I believe that in germany it is ilegal to belong to a nazi party, use the nazi name or otherwise promote nazi activity. They are always crashing skinhead parties
because of thier music.... That's why they are after this guy and people like him. Nazi paranoia.. In thier case it may not be paranoia....
