WASHINGTON - In a surprise move to resurrect President Bush’s $700 billion Wall Street rescue plan, Senate leaders slated a vote on the measure for Wednesday — but added a tax cut plan already rejected by the House.

This is really getting interesting. A battle between the House and Senate is nothing new but there are indications that members of the House are having seconds thoughts about their nays.

Two major selling points; an increase in the FDIC limit and a cut in the AMT in order to prevent middle income earners from being clobbered.
