i just heard a story on the news about some guy selling himself and his children on ebay. min. bid = 5m. selling people is a violation of ebay's TOS or something. if anyone has link would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, it was the wife and kids he was trying to sell.

What he basically wanted was someone to pay to take care of them for the rest of their lives (you know; so they could all sit around and eat chips and steak all day long and never ever have to get out and work for a living.) Ebay pulled the auction; they don't allow people to sell themselves (or anyone else.)

They don't allow the sale of body parts, either.
