ADD, recent stroke, early Alzheimer's or just one mutation away from retarded.

It's no wonder the elite believe they have superior DNA.

Yes I supose that in a socialist world an individual style of writing even on the Internet in an anonymous forum a drop of creative expression would not be tolerated.

After all, we all will be beige, speak the same, look the same follow one way of life as written by the Federal Government

Sadly i was born with some style, free will and a streak of independence

This I am quite sure will be bad for me in the coming socialist world.

Fortunately that rebellious streak of mine has prevented me from being scared of that fight

Ah Yes

and with all you said lol, that is the essence of this, we are indeed left with the choice of No choice.

A candidate without EGO?

Not going to happen until a gen X or gen Y President is on the scene, we are in a horror show of the demographics being Old, most voters over 40.

I mean really, we are addressing social security and race relations like it's the mid 60's and still dealing with cold war politics to a degree...

and the economy

Palin at least uses her e-mail if poorly...

But lol, who is talking about what can be done with the Internet Economy?

It's all fairly sad...

candidate with No Ego?

I repeat that line because... I can think of no one in modern politics that fits the bill.

Sorry Bunch, but Like Religion

Politics Is nothing more than opinion

If you believe there are facts in politics and that politics is anything more than opinion you should step outside yourself for a moment so you can see where politics fails everytime.

Politics is nothing more than the manifestation of our desires through legislation, what we desire is purely individual, it's the world we wish to live in, desire, want, belief, control.... Opinion

I don't actually know that politics isn't the religion of non believers

But I am discussing nothing beyond my opinion of why... a politically incoherent VP is not a bad thing

Strange perhaps that I like her lack of political knowledge tosome, but not off topic, simply my defense of her.

Am I not allowed after 20 years of being a College FOP myself to say that... Joe Six Pack
might just know a few things the Harvard and Yale boys don't?

After all when was the last time an ordinary American had any Power? Who is to say it would be bad?

I know that 40 years or more of Ivy Leauge fruit cakes has indeed left us a complete mess, broke, hated and unhappy

It would have to be described to me how... common sense in office as opposed to High Brow Intellectual social theory could make the situation worse than it already is

Someone would please need to explain this to me... How it is that a few Generations of contro at the hands of the Ivy leauge has benefited America

All I see for the record here is falling standards since the 60's

I actually see NO point in this thread beyond yet another Palin bash

If it is not appreciated that my approach is one of Effin all of them, I don't care if she is dumb, I'd rather watch it fall... then have my life made into more of something that resembles Rigormortis of freedom Than that is My political Opinion on the Palin issue.

I think you just have trouble with the fact that I simply don't care about her qualifications and believe any, normal person would be prefered to the contrived pathetic men that run our country right now

I simply do no see what anyone sees in Obama, Yet another guy who has a Direction for us all... McCain too

Palin blissfully lacks any direction and I say simply, what is so wrong with that?

Where are we in a race to go, to be NO 1, lol, we have done that and like all empires found it lacking substance...

A question mark in a candidate, a lack of knowledge is... simply a chance for something different, something humble maybe?

I have no high hopes, but I do know the other 3 are, entrenched politicians and I hate them all...

I am sorry Mopus, Mainer is right.

You are quite inebriated with the exuberance of your own verbosity. i.o.w. Your posts are hard to read and I skip them.

Self-edit! It would add so much more to the discussion as I am sure you have valid points but I cannot cut through all the, to use Palin's preferred mot du jour, verbiage.

Again, I am very interested to hear what Palin has to say today. She can do no worse. She needs to shape up and show us what she got. Mainer's video showed that she is capable of coming across quite well.

She may surprise us all but so far, I doubt it.

Yes, thats exactly why we're in this predicament to begin with. People are voting for our Executive branch as if it's a High School Prom King and Queen popularity contest. " She's so purdy " ? Give me a friggin' break !

Palin, is a graduate of a culmination of attending 6 non accredited colleges until she eventually attained her degree.... in journalism ? How difficult is a journalism degree ?

Lets put her in a normal job interview. 6 schools ? Wouldn't that spell anything out ? I mean if she was working on attaining a graduate degree it might be different but ...

What happened at school number 1 ?
What happened at school number 2 ?
What happened at school number 3 ?
What happened at school number 4?
What happened at school number 5 ?

Nothing against her but she's simply NOT executive material. And unfortunately it says alot about McCain for picking her in the first place.

But, not to dig, he's not exactly a Rhode Scholar either successfully coming in near dead last in his class at the Naval Academy.
As they say, Birds of a feather flock together.
Father being an admiral must be nice.

Friggin politicians, holier than thou... that's exactly why we're in this predicament with the USA at the moment.

We're voting in Prom Kings !

I totally agree with you. Just the thought this person could be President of the USA...

Would just like to add, her main problem is not being out of her league. Her main problem is being out of her mind (crazy loony toon).

I was going to post a "LOL", but I just realized that there is nothing funny about this...

Palin Problem... She's out of her league?

nonsense, biden is a demonstrable buffoon...

a tax-fattened hyena up against someone who has actual executive leadership experience?

lets allow joey to demonstrate his mental prowess, shall we?:

Part of what a leader does is to instill confidence, is demonstrate that he or she knows what they're talking about and communicates to people, "if you listen to me and follow what I'm suggesting, we can fix this."

When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on television and didn't just talk about, you know, the princes of greed, he said "look, here's what happened."

When the stock market crashed, Hoover was president, and television was still in the laboratory.

More alarming even than his ignorance of American history is the way "Plugs" holds up Roosevelt as the gold standard of American leadership. FDR's main legacy was to use the Depression and strong-arm tactics to move the country radically toward socialism. Another president like him would leave us somewhere between France and the Soviet Union.

The money quote starts at 1:48:

www.youtube.com...

what if palin had said this?

ann coulter was right, bidens code name should be 'assassination insurance.

hey kids!

its time to play 'lets pretend the MSM is not a wing of the democratic party:

lets say biden makes a gaffe, and so does sarah...

can you guess who's gaffe will get all of the attention?

yes, lets, and lets compare it to obamas interview.

palin: years of executive leadership experience

obama: some community organising and almost 200 days in the senate casting votes, mostly 'present'.

does that work for you?

whatever you have to say about her lack of experience, just know it will always dwarf obama's

The point im trying to make and if you take you time and read the entired thread is that Gov. Palin doesn't know anything about the issues, ANYTHING.

-current economic crisis: no clue
-foreign policy: no clue
-supreme court cases: no clue
-McCain track record: no clue

And there is others, thats just off the top of my head
At least the other 3 candidates on this race can show at grasp about the issues, Palin doesn't, simple as that.

Palin is quite simply a gun toting hedonistic airhead.

Both sides of politics are saying that, even America's conservative columnists are saying it.

Trying to cover it up that she's a complete idiot is fanciful, but still entertaining, so please, continue.

Jack Blood just said that Palin is all-of-a-sudden wearing her hair down so she can have something in her ear to get instructions during the debate.
Keep a look out for a new hair-do tonight.
