...finally telling the truth ( and not having a neo-fascist hyper Cover Our Azzes episode at the slightest pulling back of the curtain- as in your threads subject line), which you have in Clarke.

Then why is all of his testimony being discredited?

Why are all the lies he has told being exposed?

There are good Republicans out there, Clarke is not one of them.

I've seen the testimony ( www.cspan.org ), have read today's papers, read expert testimonials....nothing is being refutated by any source of substance.

LOL Yes, Clarke is telling the truth.

At the hearing, Republican commissioner James R. Thompson, a former Illinois governor, held up Clarke's book and a text of the briefing and challenged the witness, "We have your book and we have your press briefing of August 2002. Which is true?"

The guy said he spun the press briefing to put the president in a good light...LIKE HE'S DONE FOR ALL THE PRESIDENTS HE'S WORKED FOR. It was part of his job to spin.

"DeceptiveConservative" - aren't you all? Though, neo-fascist is much more accurate.

Forward the stream to 59:15 for when GOP flack Thompson enters the realm of drama-based-attempt-to-save-Dubya; This is after no other Republican chose to go partisan or dirty the proceedings with Bush sycophantcy. Watch, and you'll see where your Republican talking point was partially taken from.
The sad thing is that your "idols" who partially list these half truths as whole facts leave you no ammo to retort once you've been called on the deception.

If all these people who continue to believ Bush's lies would wake up and see that everytime that anyone says anything negative about Bush then the Bush administration uses the same tactic over and over, Well they were angry because they did not get promoted and thats why they said that, he was fired from his job so thats why he said that. So everyone is lying on poor President Bush, why?

The only people coming out with these claims are the people who feel "wronged" by the administration.

I think you answered your own question.

If I want to believe the load of BS coming from the Bush Adminsitration then yes I have answered my own question, but I thought I had made it clear I do not believe it. I don't believe that everyone is telling lies on the Bush administration, I believe they are telling the truth on the Bush administration. You know this happened on Dubya's watch, he was so busy trying to find an excuse to invade Iraq that he ignored the warnings. I keep hearing people say they are glad that he was the President when this happened instead of Al Gore, the truth is, had Al Gore been President he might have taken the warnings seriously and 911 might not have happened.

Are you going to deny that Clarke has a political agenda???

Just answer that question.
