I find R's stuff very interesting BUT, how does Legatus connect with the people that loan us (create out of thin air) our money (rockefeller, rothschild etc)???
How do the massive amount of Jewish bankers connect to the Catholics?

Great he sees market and currency swings but what about the other folks?

The money changers seem to have the POWER!!!!! Maybe he is only kinda smart because someone showed him what to look for in one area. Seems that there is a big picture! How are they all connected and what is the pecking order???

Gas prices are down, why? To create a false sense of security so we spend and go back to sleep? Or give us out money back so we can prop up companies that are going to bite it because they charged too much for gas and we quit spending? Ot do they just need to unload a bunch of SUV's??

I do appreciate R's insight because I see the world in a different light but he needs to do some tie-ins to the BIG PICTURE!!!

I am excited for the break in crisis because we are going to take another trip to Disneyland to enjoy life just in case TSHTF and there is no $$$$ to play with!!

I was curious to find out how Legatus meetings corresponded to the DOW, specifically what the DOW was doing before and after the ends of those meetings.

I see no correlation. None. Zip.

I tracked this back as far as I could find Legatus meeting end dates, which was in September 2003. I compared this to the historical DOW records for this timeframe as well. (FYI: I left out their Pro-Life meetups in D.C.) Compiled into a spreadsheet and voila.

You're correct about the local stuff. I wanted to see the overall DOW against Legatus meetings. Doesn't appear anything happened across the DOW overall after their meetings. I'll try to look into local results of their meetings and a way to visualize that soon.

The theory is clearly restricted to the companies located (headquarters only, or all resident companies ?), and that is true even if under specific conditions the dive of those companies coincides with a general index dive, as happened Oct 6th to 10th.

The question arises: why can His Reinhardtedness predict a wide spectrum plunge if his theory only covers specific companies ?

Obviously his theory - if true - must be more complex than what we have mapped here on the thread.

Is he giving us enough to be intrigued but not enough so we can infer it for ourselves ?

Security fears prompt US to close embassy in Damascus

The US said it would close its embassy in Syria today, amid increased tensions between Washington and Damascus following a US military attack that killed a Syrian who was allegedly sending foreign fighters into Iraq.

An anti-US demonstration was to be held in Damascus today to protest against the raid on Sunday night on Bou Kamal, the Syrian village that is a main transit point into Iraq.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that the Syrian government expects more US attacks after Sunday's US raid in the north which left 8 people dead. A spokesman in Damascus announced Wednesday night, Oct. 30, that if US strikes are repeated, Syria will break off security cooperation not only with the US but also with Iraq on their common border. The situation is explosive enough to lead to a Syrian declaration of war if Iraqi forces hit terrorist bases on its soil.

Thursday, Syrians will demonstrate against the US helicopter-borne raid in the north. US official has said a smuggler of foreign fighters into Iraq was targeted. "The U.S. Embassy in Damascus remains concerned about the continued threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations and other violent actions against U.S. citizens," said the embassy spokesman.

DEBKAfile’s sources reported earlier that following a Syrian threat of “painful responses” for the American attack, the embassy had prepared for extreme events, such as possibly a Syrian military siege of the embassy, violent demonstrations or even a direct attack that would force the evacuation of staff.

The embassy spokesman declined to comment on whether the number or status of US diplomats in Syria could change.

Our sources believe that the Assad government’s closure of the American cultural and school Monday and protest to the UN Secretary General and Security Council Chairman were only the beginning and that more extreme steps are in store in Syria and Iraq.

Following pressure from Tehran, the Baghdad government denounced the American incursion into Syria after first accusing Damascus of cross-border terror against Iraq.

i think the source needs to be shown for nikkis list of dates..i have a feeling they are not all legatus pilgrimages..hence why nothing can be found by correlating it to movements on the dow..i have scoured high and low and have not found those dates..however i found dates of many pilgrimages but not necessarily legatus ones..if we can have the source of the dates we can confirm that firstly..i think that is fairly important
