2012 The internet will die??

There is a speculation that the internet will crash because of the juge amount of data flowing thorugh the networks especially videos like the ones from youtube and google videos, which has considerably increased traffic across the world and the researchers and the various ISPs are trying to prevent the global crash because of the drastic consequences it will bring to the economy and the nations in this already difficult times, so, lets wait and see if the crash occurs before 2012 or in 2012 or after 2012, if the measures fail to control it.

memory and data capacity continue to grow exponentially. I doubt that the amount of traffic and data streams will cause the internet to crash. Another Al Gore website? That's a different story.
