Jean Luc Robin, Long time RENNES LE CHATEAU expert, author and specialist on the subject, not to mention owner of the bar and reseraunt in the church
grounds, died on march the eleventh this year.
Nothing special in that you may think, just another heart attack.
What makes this death curious is that he died only three days after being voted deputy mayor of the tiny French village.
Jean was about to use his political power to start a dig in the church, which he was convinced houses an underground crypt and tomb.
He had in his power a 17th century letter written by the then village priest that stated below the church there is a crypt and tombs as well as
"parchments that should never be read", which was the reason why the priest blocked up the entrance.
American scientists, whist in Rennes a few years ago excavating in the nearby Magdelane tower, also used scanning equipment inside the church,
comfirming that there is a room beneath the floor of the 11th century church, dedicated to the magdelane.
Anyone else find this a bit odd..a serious researcher on the subject finally has the political power to dig INSIDE the church....and he dies...of a
heart attack...suddenly..after only 3 days in power
