this is history:
the friend my brother says one theory."exist people protege by ovnis" is really??? he says , this people is messenger and has one mision in earth.
the "envoy" has got one symbol of one eye. I not belive, that theory,but is interesting.
what is opinion????

This guy is he a friend of you brother? I don't get your meaning exactly. Can you post more information about him. What is the symbol?
If you mean UFO/alien contactees, there are several ATSers who claim to be in regular contact on this forum. I don't remember any symbol of an eye being mentioned.
Note OVNI in French is UFO in English.

The all seeing ''eye'' is mainly a symbol used by the illuminati. We have no solid proof that they represent a higher order of being, whether terrestrial or extra terrestrial.
