Can't get Netscape email

Can someone help me? I have gotten rid of my Yahoo account because of all the junk mail. I signed up for Netscape mail (this is not my main mailbox) a few weeks ago and I am still not getting any email in the Netscape box. I sent a test from my Yahoo that successfully left but has not arrived at Netscape. Can someone pleeeaaasse help my?

Just tried to send an email out and that didn't work either!
