Arhetos Gnomon - giant clock of rational numbers

Has anyone heard of this device, once previously located within the depths of a mansion in Crotone, Italy? Supposedly, it was moved to the depths of Samotrace Island, Greece by an entity named Zamolxis. Its function was to produce sets of rational numbers based on the causes and effects of the Universe. Due to the understanding that the universal language is mathematics, this Arhetos Gnomon device was conceived and used for the divine purpose of understanding the Universe's method of communication.

That's all I know. I was hoping that someone could shed some light, experiences, or background info on this esoteric concept.
