I can't believe that this is happening in my country. My forefathers fought and died to insure their freedom, and the freedom of their posterity, and
it is quickly getting trampled upon and taken away.
I am deeply saddened, but also very angry at what is happening. I don't see how people can accept this. When did America's citizens turn a blind eye
towards their government? Are we really so ignorant that we didn't see this coming?
How can we sit here and let this happen? It has long been stated that evil will prevail as long as their are good men who do nothing. I strongly urge
all Americans to wake up, to learn what is going on around, please before it is too late. Some say that it is already too late, but I still see time.
I still see hope.
It is most pressing, most urgent that you hear my words, that you heed my call. I am begging you, don't let your government do this to you. Stand up,
fight back, reclaim what is rightfully yours.
It states in your Declaration Of Independence from Great Britain that
"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,
and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent
respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that
among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just
powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to
alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them
shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed
for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than
to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the
same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to
provide new Guards for their future security."
These words still hold value, they still have meaning!! If enough of you join together, revolutionary change can happen!! I implore you to give my
notion a second thought.
Please, I am pleading with the American people. Don't let this happen to you. You were once rebels, you can rebel again! You, as colonist, fought the
largest and most powerful nation in the world...and you won! YOU WON! Remember that, and may that give you strength to do so again.
