I was thinking salesman.

Your post doesn't really help them, it makes people hate them because people really hate being lied to. You can't, in one breath, say that every word in the Bible came from God(Catholics teach this in their schools and churches), including Revelation which states the earth will be destroyed, and in the next say aliens are real. Either one of those statements has to go or people are going to get very, very upset when they make 2 out of 1 + 1.

Very few things can make the Catholic Church re-interpret the Bible, and one of them is the foresight that their Bible's teachings will be challanged by science in the near future. I think there's a lot in this and it's yet another hint that the PTB are prepping us for some kind of ET-related disclosure.

I'll admit, I havent read an awful lot on these supposed mass landings, Alien invasions, emergence of the AntiChrist.. and whatever other stories have been mention so far in this thread.

If any of those events were to happen though (whether the Catholic Church has inside info or not!) I think its a good play on their part by coming out and making statements such as this.

For example, if by the end of the week this story is broadcast worldwide, then 2 months down the line we have UFO's landing in cities across the globe... what is one of the things people will think to when they panic?...

"Oh man, wait I remember the Catholic Church seemed ready for this, lets seek help and advice"

So you get masses of people flocking to the Church because the most well known, established organization on the planet gives people a basis to put their faith into, something which has been completely shot out of the window.
People do strange things when they are in a state of disbelief, or shock, and its tricks such as this that the Church will benifit from massively!

I don't believe that the catholic church actually has in mind to convert aliens.. but to have an influence in the numerous "believer" groups. Also Catholic Church might be afraid of a future religious movement concerning alien life. Is there a scheme on the works from someone? What does Catholic Church suspects that we still can't because we are not "in the know"? What are they afraid of?
Reasons could for instance be more practical and immediate that we could suspect. The catholic Church was always practical about their moves. They seldom seem having a knack for chasing shadows and making a ridicule out of themselves.

Orthodox Church on the Other hand has a firm ground if we should accept aliens or not. They don't deal with aliens period. Unless Bartholome (the equivalent of Pope in the Christian Orthodox Church) is considering following Catholic Church considering the alien matters. That could be probable since he likes to have a continuous cooperation with the Pope the latest years but it would offer chances of yet another reason for a future schism between numerous Orthodox congregations and the main body of the Orthodox Churches. There have been rivals with the Russian Orthodox congregations for at least a decade now. Maybe its all political. The most harcore part of Orthodox congregations is labeling Bartholome as an OneWorldist that likes to go hand in hand with the Pope, from time to time.

The Catholic Church seems to assume that anyone, alien or human, is asking.

If the Pope himself appeared at my door, offering his friendship, I would decline. What makes him think he's so important?

ETs, the controllers anyway, are bots. Do bots have souls. Maybe. Some of you might remember the character "Data" on Star Trek TNG. They wanted to take him apart once and they had a trial to see if he was too human to destroy for scientific purposes.
The book, "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" covers this as well as the movie "Blade Runner", which is based on the book.

It will be condemned by the Catholic Church and what they should have
done with Spielberg and "ET".

They condemned Brigit Bardot moves and Alien BS is pure lies to cover
the free energy UFO and all of things stolen from Tesla by the FBI after
putting him to sleep.

I smell a large fish.

The Catholics have never been open minded about anything, and there's just too much information coming out of the Vatican lately about aliens.
Could it be they are willing participants in the supposed mass landing (phoney) that is supposed to scare the bejesus out of us and into the NWO?

There's a reason behind all this talk.

I smell a great big fish here also.

Why, for example would a Monsignor who specializes in demonology and exorcism for the Vatican be another one who has spoken out about aliens and UFOs? Just seems suspicious to me.

I too, think they may be preparing us for a fake invasion. I also suspect that UFOs and aliens aren't what we've been led to believe.

www.weirdload.com...

"Monsignor Corrado Balducci, a recently-retired theologian who specialized in demonology and exorcism for the Vatican, has appeared on Italian TV several times declaring that contact with extraterrestrials is real. He has stated these entities “are NOT demonic, they are NOT due to psychological impairment, they are NOT a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully.” (Emphasis in original.)

“Their existence can no longer be denied, for there is too much evidence for the existence of extra-terrestrials and flying saucers.” UFOs indicate that they might be more evolved than humanity, but would not challenge the core of Christianity, for Christ is still king of the universe. “This means that everything in the universe, including extra-terrestrials and UFOs are reconcilable with God.”

If you're thinking along those lines, I'd expand by reading up on, and especially watching Ghost in the Shell, but I doubt ETs are robots/cyborgs...then again, who knows.

Reconcilable to the American people if Tesla was killed so someone can
run around in UFOs and have a bunch of doodoos talk about Aliens
having anything to do with man made objects to cover the liars dirty deeds.

Go after the liars before God puts them where they belong.

Like the Catholic Church cares that government liars make UFO and
Alien Cults that end up suicide packs waiting government UFOs that
never show up.
Its the government's fault.
This has been exposed by Bill Lyne in "Pentagon Aliens" which
should have been called "Pentagon Alien Lies".

Being a cradle catholic and educated in their schools, I kept thinking of the inquisition when I heard this. Hopefully they are more enlightened this time.

I would hate to see a Catholic priest say to an alien "Do you believe in God?" Then have the alien say "Who is this God?" and having the priest kill them as they did the first time. Or having the alien fry the priest. That would be a change.

I am being sarcastic here. I know or hope they have become more enlightened.

It does interest me though that my church is willing to believe in aliens which most people haven't even seen, but will not accept stem cell research to save people. Just seems odd to me.
