Possible Liber Al Vel Legis Book Connection to 9/11

The Book of the Law, by Liber Al Vel Legis includes the following quotes:

"... and my number is nine by the fools..."
"I am the empress and the Hierophant. Thus eleven, as my bride is eleven."

I wonder if the events of 9/11 were constructed with the Book of the Law in mind?

This book includes the basic principles of satanic ritual (good or bad depending on how you look at it). So what do you think?
