Where to start...The people!

In 2027, the governments of the world united to avoid a 3rd world war, many people believed this would be the beginning of the end, it was started by China and Russia being offered by the Allied council a 'seat at the head of the table'. There were growing concerns, China was adamant to get respect on the world stage and they were ready to go to any lengths. Russia, used this to their advantage to gain a powerful Ally, the UN, seeing this could be the start of something bad, made steps immediately.

Both were offered and accepted, with some...minor requests.

This set the stage for a 'golden era', economy flourished, there were no wars, some minor in fighting, but these were quashed almost immediately. There were no wars for fuel, He3 had all but replaced oil and gas and it was alot cheaper, although, alot still claim that the government has much better technology (Temporal Quantum Interface to name one) and it is still rising by the year. Food flourished, due to our weather manipulation, we could make it rain whenever we wanted, and natural disasters have been almost eradicated completley, we discovered that to control the ionic discharge and build up in the atmosphere, we could control the weather, a new level to sculpt our world on. This in turn, caused a 'boom' of sorts, the current world population is 11.8billion, there is more than enough room, although we have just started building underwater, in the Cayman islands, Hawaii and Dubai, if this is succesful, more of these will come, I was hoping for one of these myself, before I was assigned.

Don't get me wrong, in some ways, nothing has changed, the government, still acts like it is a puppet, most of the worlds armies are controlled by private corporations, these are 'hired' to the government, or the various departments therein. Weather modification is owned by the corporations and 'rented' when needed and the moon is still 'out of bounds', due to heavy mining going on there. We have mining colonies on Mars, but we still don't know most of the stuff, 'international security' and all.

Although there hasn't been a move made yet, alot of people still suspect they are playing towards an endgame. It has been assumed a few times, in 2010, they privatized the internet, and many thought this could be it. Site owners had to apply for a license, before they could have a 'slot' and this was in full control of the corporations and any information/news had to be approved by them, before it was allowed. In 2017, money was made obsolete in America, this led to a major revolution around the world, money was a thing of the past, everything was done through the 'system'. This was again, seen as another step towards 'the NWO', but it didn't come. Soon after (September 2018 If I remember correctly), tempers flared between America and Russia, it had been...fragile for a while, but they kept an uneasy truce, until the Lunar civil wars. An American and Russian mining colony, had escalated from tense, to all out civil war, each claiming the other was mining on their land, and sabotaging their efforts. This in turn led to the stale mate and Russia seeking China's assistance. The Lunar civil wars lasted 6 years, before it was stopped by both sides, to begin talks, these lasted 3 years and bore the fruit of the UCC, United Coalition of Countries, in 2027. Once the major powers had joined, aswell as the previous UN members, most others followed and thus, the NWO.

As for 2012, something did happen, but people are quite sure what, we know we passed through the galactic plane and with this came a feeling of optimism and freedom, globally, it caused quite the stir, people were thinking this was the so called 'ascension' that was coming, others though it was the calm before the rapture, it is still unknown as to what happened, although there have been whispers. The US governing body admitted to ET contact in 2013, (somewhat reluctantly, it was 5th to admit it) some people thought, and still do to the best of my knowledge that it was ET's that caused the 'global elation', although no official comment was ever made. It was a big deal at the time, but it was merely a short news conference, there were 3 human looking people in odd clothes, they didn't speak, and we were merely told that these were the 'Nordics' that were claimed to have been seen, most people didn't think they were aliens.

I was sent back here in 2029 to observe and guide.

Well that is two posts. Great job. You certainly make good use of your "word of the day" calendar. The only problem with trying sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard to sound smart when you really aren't is that you should be able to spell at least 40% of the words in your post in order for the big words to even matter. I see that you think if you use large enough words, people will be confused and that must be because you are so super smart. In reality, most of us understand English, and each of those words just fine. We also understand that throwing them all in a bowl, does not a cogent point make. Please, please, if you are only posting to portray your vast intelligence to the world, do not misspell almost every other word in your posts; even all the little words.

Yes I must admit I did induce a liquid of which the Egyptians of old did cherish before I posted and I also must admit it has sullied my mental faculties somewhat hence the aborations of said grammatical and syntax errors.

Actually, yes it does. Even the most eloquent speakers and most learned of scholars know that the value lies in the message received, NOT in the message sent. A drunk spilling big words into a forum does not an intelligent man make. If the whole world sees nothing but empty euphamisisms for every layman term in the book, spilled with bad punctuation and almost NO spelling skills, the the whole world sees a dumb drunk. So what intelligent man with something worth saying would then say it when the whole world hears nothing but incessant rambling nonsence? A buzzed blowhard might feel it is a good time to appear more intellectually cultured on a pointless thread for fun. A person who actually had the brains to speak the way you are trying, could both spell at least 45% of the words, as well as get a message across.
