Yummy.............DUMP cake/cobbler...so easy

It's called DUMP CAKE. Don't let the name fool you.

Its soooooooooo good and so easy

1 20 oz can of CRUSHED pinapple
1 Can of pie filling

1 box of cake mix

3/4 cup of butter or margerine. I prefer a blend so it will brown.

in a 9 x13 greased pan dump pinapple, pie filling and cover top with cake mix.

Evenly spread/pour melted butter on top. Try to make a few indentations in the center so filling can bubble up through.

Bake 1 hour at 350.

Serve out of pan into bowl. Like a cobbler.

Recipe can be varied like so

Blueberry/pinapple with sour cream white cake
Cherry/Pinapple with devils food
Spiced apple/pinapple with vanilla cake

etc... etc.... etc....

You can even add your favourite nuts on top!

it has been a while since i had this but i have had many times. it was a familty favourite as i was growing up.

I used to make this a long time ago but lost the recipe during a move. Thank you for posting it. I will start to make it again.
