Speaking of, they fired the thing up this morning and not only do they have a particle stream firing in one direction, but they were able to start up
the other stream that fires in the opposite direction. They would have been ecstatic to have one beam going by the end of the day. So they should be
able to star smashing particles and devouring the earth sooner than they anticipated.
I do have to admit that google's little tribute to the LHC is a bit unnerving. www.google.com... Nevertheless, I remain curious as to what will
come about.
