12 foot lizards under Rome

I listened in to the C2C show a few days ago with Steve Quayle. He mentions the 2 chained, 12 foot giant lizard-like creatures, almost like gargoyles, with leathery wings that are being kept in underground catacombes under the streets of Rome.
For some reasons, there are people that want these beings being released from their chaines.

Does anyone have more information on these beings? Could these be the so-called white "royalty" lizards?

i've actually heard that before . . . i'm listening to this right now. Thank you for the link to the video.

He also mentioned something about giants some 18 ft tall. Kept in immense manacles in a state of hibernation. Can't remember if that was under the vatican or not. Anyone who got within a determined striped distance to them were supposedly driven mad by their mind power.
