Goodbye all, LHC going live tomorrow

Has anybody ever seen Jacob's Ladder before? I know that was completely unrelated to anything to do with the LHC, but I saw it a couple of days ago and it really disturbed me to my core. The things that the US Government does in secret against human minds is frickin' beyond Hellish.... I just hope this isn't one of them. I hope somebody wise enough in that field has realized that, if you're messing with "God", you're messing with consciousness.... and the very fabric of any and all realities.

I just had a thought....wondering if anyone else might have had the same one. Maybe this all happened before, maybe the big bang theory is right but it was a science experiment from a long time ago that went bad. The same experiment and a black hole was created and sucked everything in and a new universe was created inside the black hole and that is where we are now...about to repeat the same error like some kind of loop from star trek or something. I know it's out there but just occured to me all of a sudden.

Actually, I am not too worried about the LHC, I think they know what they are doing after all it is not the first particle collider just the biggest.

I honestly don't think there is anything to be worried about.
All the doom and gloom is pretty funny...and threads with things like how it ties in to the bible code and 2012 and whatever are pretty funny too.

I would be more concerned about nuclear war or some power hungry leader hell-bent on global domination than the LHC.

I wonder if I can talk my wife into some end of the world relations tonight. I may have to direct her to this post for verification. She will want verification.

Yeah dude Jacob's Ladder is definitely one of my new favorites.

But hopefully we can all laugh if we see the light of 2012 and NOTHING happens. That's a big IF, though.

I was thinking, though, that the powers that be would be quite stupid to bring in this tyrannical new world order scenario or destroy the universe with a science experiment gone wrong, because look at how complacent and profitable all the little ants are for them right now!

Yep, they don't start particle colliding until october. If you hope to die tomorrow, don't get your hopes up.

If anything bad should happen of which I don't believe then it will be over in a blink of an eye. You will never know what happened. So stop worrying about something you have no control over. Just live you life as you usually do.

Alright I am stocked up on beer, vodka, wine and whiskey and I plan on getting plastered to hell starting tomorrow. With my fuel reserves I should be able to last until March next year. Hopefully when the world ends I am completely wasted. Its been a good ride boys Most likely my kindey and liver will implode after a while....so im not worried about the end of the world

honestly, lets say something did happen tomorrow, and a black hole was created, who cares?

there are many many way to pass on. out of all of the ways possible surely being sucked into a blackhole is the coolest, and we all get to go together. most people are scared of dieing because of what they are leaving behind, well there would be nothing to leave behind in this scenerio. no debt, no children, no money, nothing!

so just relax. theres certainly no point worrying about it, theres nothing that can be done to stop it if it were to happen.

The LHC is being booted up in stages , one step at a time, it will NOT be fully operational untill 2009. then u can start your doom sayer threads
