Like can someone go from person to person and pay them off and develope a massive organized crime network?

Depends on if you have the balls, the skills and a big enough group who have certain skills with computers and are familiar with LSE or other finiancial systems that are online. That could be a start...

Yes, it's possible. I do it all the time. Of course, my world is the world of Civ4.

But, if you have the money to pay off a massive amount of people, then you already have the world.

First Order of Business
Get into University, get an Education.
ie. Lawyer, would be a good place to start

Second Order of Business
After establishing an excellent Law Firm, or making Partner in an already prestigious one, Take the Money you have made.

Third Order of Business
Get into Politics, and Fund you're campaign for Politics.



OR.

Start a Cult. Perhaps if you have excellent platforms you'll develop a following. I'll pass, but good luck.
