Perhaps you should conider changing the title of the thread to "As a Republican or a Conservative (voting for McCain/Palin) are there ANY issues
important to you in this election year?"
Many true conservatives (like myself) feel they have been abandoned by the so called "Republican party" for the last 8 years. I can't believe how
any democrat could point a finger at Bush and accuse him of being a republican?
When Bush took office the Government was a 185 pound healthy tri-athlete. As he leaves office the government is now a 400 pound couch potato (Dan
Quayle, if you're reading this that would be potatoe). His uncontrolled spending, imigration policies, yudda, yudda, yudda are not in line with the
Republican party I knew/know.
With about 50 days to go it seems the only thing I'm hearing these days is who's baby is it, is Barack Obama a closet Muslim, and who the hell
threw the flags in the trash?
I hear the word "change" thrown around a lot, but what exactly are they going to change?
When I hear the dems use the word "universal" attached to the various government programs they want to initiate, I wonder if that's their way of
forwarding a socialist agenda?
I wish Barack would just come out and admit he's a gay Muslim, and Palin would come out and admit the kid belongs to her daughter, and she had an
affair with her husbands partner. Otherwise we'll be debating worthless issues until November first. And never get to the real issues.
