Well in my travels' through the world I remember hearing a snippet of conversation I probably was not meant to hear... but it wasn't much and I havn't ever heard about this before or since. It concerned what I took to be a military secret society called the brotherhood of the red dragon or something along those lines. It was years ago and I didn't hear much or very clearly what was said but has anyone ever heard about this group? Just curious. I may also have the name wrong but i'm pretty sure it was close to that.

that's interesting - my neighbor's reading a novel now and he was telling me the other night about the "order of the red dragon". i believe he was reading this book:

www.amazon.com...

i wish i could give you more information about that particular "brotherhood", but i haven't researched much about them myself - maybe because i see it as just another mystical branch of freemasonry... not even worth my time...

There is a very secret Red Dragon Society. Are you sure it was brotherhood?

Zorgon may know...

He's a Viceroy in the Order of the Red Dragon - I don't know if the "Brotherhood" is a Friend or Foe, so beware!

here's an interesting article - not sure of how factual it is though, but it seems like the truth based on all the other research i've done on the "Brotherhood of the Snake"...

In ancient times, the Brotherhood of the Serpent divided into the Brotherhood of the Yellow Dragon and the Brotherhood of the Red Dragon. Together they stand for the Brotherhood of the Snake. Both Brotherhoods undertook, under the guidance of the Exterrestials, the spiritual education of the human race - the Yellow Dragon in the East and the Red Dragon in the West. Sometimes we can still find the order of the Yellow Caps and the order of the Red Caps and their dispersed monasteries in Tibet, which derive directly from this.

...

All western cultural circles carry the symbol of the snake, the 'pyramid', or the obelisk, which point to the masculine power of the cosmos. Churches and high-rise buildings in our civilization indicate the strength of the male omnipotence. The Sun Masters are the architects of all western cultures and are now striving for their zenith of outer rule through a global world order. They all serve Shambhala and work with the "Red Dragon", the 'Red Cap Tibetans', who are the worldly representatives of Shambhala. The aim of the Brothers of Shambhala together, with their worldly leaders, the Illuminati, is to establish a global world government. The Brotherhood represents the earth-bound powers - the "Omega pole" - the builders of matter.

from this site...

aside from the specifics, the "Brotherhood of the Red Dragon" is just a part of the freemasonic "Brotherhood of the Snake".

i'd still like to get more details about them though, if anyone else has anything to add...

yes, Zorgon may know, and i'd DEFINITELY consider the "Brotherhood" a FOE, if you consider Freemasons to be foes as well...
