Yes: there's a thread regarding them being finally online:

I believe there probably are other species of physical beings in this universe, but the likelihood of them visiting us is remote.

Don't ask me why, but I think visits by "extra-dimensional" beings are somehow more likely. And I think that they might use 'found DNA material' to create bodies for themselves in our physical world.

I have posted about this idea in several threads where it's relevant, but I suppose I should make a thread of my own.

To summarize, I think the "visitors" started this program a long time ago, possibly before man even existed. I think they can 'telekinetically' alter matter, and 'move things around', and I think they can 'possess' a physical body, but that these activities require massive amounts of energy and concentration.

But, using those techniques, perhaps they set up a system of farming human fetuses that they somehow mutate into 4 foot tall 'gray' bodies. My assumption being that an adult human body contains a consciousness that can resist being taken over, therefore being too difficult to possess. A human child might be easier, but not efficient enough to do the work they need to do. So by accelerating growth or genetically altering the human
body, they can make an 'avatar' or vessel that is strong enough to do work, and also carry the 'alien' consciousness. The big heads are that way so as to take advantage of the human brain's potential. Think telepathy, telekinesis, other things 'aliens' are said to be capable of.

People talk about a 'hybrid' agenda, but I don't think they're mixing 'alien DNA' with human... I think it's more likely they're tampering with and mixing the DNA of the fauna and flora they found here.

Which could be a possible explanation for 'reptilians', 'mantis' and even Bigfoot.

I hate this theory and really hope it isn't true, but it does seem to fit. You must admit that 'grays' resemble human fetuses:

When skeptics claim that life elsewhere in the universe would evolve so drastically different from that on Earth, and wouldn't be 'remotely humanoid' they are probably correct.

Addendum:

In another thread, a skeptical member of this site said something like:

"Don't you think a race as advanced as the grays are supposed to be would use some kind of technology to check out the place and experiment on us instead of doing it first hand?"

To which I replied that the 'grays' - the 'little men' are this technology.

I have been the proponent in other posts of the idea that humanoid life forms would be most likely to develop technology. Among my reasons, one of the strongest is the evidence that we have right here on earth, and I point out the fallacy in assuming that all lifeforms are "equally" likely to develop intelligence and therefore technology.

Proposing the possibility of lifeforms that could look like amphibians, reptiles, etcetera does make interesting speculative talk. But putting aside the question of evidence for each of those lifeforms (a valid question by itself) there is the underlying assumption that evolution is random and could go "any way" it wanted in other planets. And that assumption needs to be explained and defended, because we have so far only one instance of evolution, and this instance happened to choose humanoids, in fact us.

I propose that if intelligent life that could travel in space were to be found, that it should not be surprising if it was humanoid, because, not only is our only data indicative of that (I mean, we exist don't we?), but the humanoid life-form didn't just win the race to space here on earth by luck: Bipedal walking freed our hands for tool making. Breathing air and not water allowed us to discover fire. The use of two eyes is mandatory for three dimensional perception of space around us. and a bare minimum of those things is required for metabolic economy, ruling out excessive numbers of body parts.

Now, if by multiple types of aliens, what is meant by the Op is humanoid but with characteristics from other types of creatures, then, I don't know. The evidence I've come across does suggest that there is more than one type of alien species visiting, including at least two types of greys, but I have not seen any of them yet myself and I have not been able to validate the evidence.

Thanks a lot for all the very interesting comments.

I did come across the Terra Papers recently and went through only about a quarter of it because its so darn long
. But I should go through it fully some time.

By the way, I find it really interesting and weird in a way that Pleidians look like us. I mean I really can't spot any difference at all. They look exactly the same.

No no, you misunderstood. I didn't say I don't like the Terra Papers, from what I've read, its very interesting. Its just that its so long. I'd love to read it fully (and I should and will) sometime when I have enough time.

jhehe oh no i didn't mean you in particular, just that there are alot of people who dislike them because they contradict thier beliefs. but yes even if one doesn't believe in these papers, it is a really good read, and i suggest anyone who wants to read it should downlaod and save it as it has disappeared a few times off the internet and the very site it is on now.

I read an encounter story once with a guy who saw a cylinder shaped craft and he could see what he thought were aliens that reminded him of grasshoppers, probably the These same mantis ones.

I wonder if earth insects have anything to do with alien insects?
Are they related in some way?

There are quite a few hairy types of aliens reported too. The hairy dwarves for one.

I have just had another go at drawing the mantis that I saw in the 90s.

It was bothering me, because I knew that the old drawing had a few things that didn't quite look right. These things are the teeth, the neck, the hands and wrists.

The body of the thing is still guess work, I have no clear idea whether this thing has an other'all exoskeleton or skin or as I have tried to draw here a combination of the two. I did see bony protuberances on the being's shoulders and neck so I have kinda carried on that theme. I know that the thing had a kind of bobbing gait, so I have drawn it with a kind of bow legged stance.

I still think that there are probably errors, but the face and hands are as close as I can manage without having one of these fellows in front of me as an artistic model.

I'd read the human fetus theory. But having read so many contact experiences, and one who has worked with a pleiadian and then greys all his life, I don't think its likely. Our visitors are older as a race, and highly developed. That most races take on a humanoid shape is logical, as I imagine what developed naturally is only a fraction of the current number of races. Most races have been either added to, altered, or cloned. In the natural races, whatever mutation (whether truly random, or a blueprint of our Creator) had to allow for an opposable type "thumb" in order to create tools and infrastructure.
It also stands to reason that insect life of some kind would have had a longer time to develop in the universe, and that more planets could host that form of life, not needing an ideal distance from the star. I have read that the earlier type of grey was preying mantis, don't know for certain if this is true.

Wow, been a long time since I last checked the topic. Thanks for all the great replies.

Dr X, Cylinder shaped crafts? There are a lot of reports on crafts shaped like that! So, we could just have some insectoids roaming about
.

I thought of the relation to earth insects too, maybe some of them had evolved earlier on and left our planet?

Mystiq, I personally think it is quite possible, I mean, insects have been on earth far longer than us, so they could've evolved into an intelligent species earlier than humans.

Same goes for insectoids from other planets.
