I see a lot of talk about reptilians, but I haven't come across anything dealing with other possible races, like maybe insectoids, creatures evolved from amphibians (amphibiods?), fish or birds.

I personally have been thinking of insectoids a lot and I think that if there are reptilians, there could be races like insectoids too. They really have fascinated me and I always imagine how they might look if they exist.

What do you think? Do you think these other races could exist? Would LOVE to hear your thoughts
!

Actually sightings of this race have been documented. whether or not they are real remains to be seen but here is a youtube that classies the various reported species.

Terribly sorry for the double post. Mistake.

Thanks a lot for that video, was very interesting.

But, according to that video, the greys are insectoids. How could this be? I mean other than their eyes, they don't really have any insect like features at all.

Also, aren't there any pictures of what amphibioids (?) look like?

The chances of another race evolving with tow legs and walking upright like humans is unlikely. So how come ALL alien races are humanoid?

Not sure any accounts of such a race have been recorded. I just don't know.

Just off the top of my head, I remember witness accounts of a mantis type alien (as in, a man size mantis... Probably pretty scary to encounter) and there is the fish type in the Nommo style alien. Mothman could maybe qualify as a bird type alien, heh.

as for the insectoid aliens go there is a alien species called the praying mantis although little is known about them.

as for a fish type of alien they are talked in the sumerian old writings as the fish gods that helped man, one of them is Ohanes.

I drew this to illustrate a being that I saw during an abduction that I used regression to uncover in the mid 90s.

The legs and most of the body is guess work, but I did get a good look at the beings face and hands. When I saw this being I was lying on my back on a table, so I only got to see the beings upper body. I did notice that the being seemed to bob a lot as it walked, but otherwise its movements were very smooth and graceful.

I hope that this helps.

Not your standard "grey", and that makes your experience more interesting. Do you have a link to your experience?

There are probably all kinds of aliens out there. Just because some may not have visited us, does not mean they do not exist.

Cheers Kidflash, I have posted most of my experiences on my website here. You can see most of my drawings there as well.

You can find the site at www.aliendoodles.com

Wow, those sketches were really helpful, Martindoolittle. Thanks. Those beings certainly do have a large resemblance to insects. Is that the being's true colour? If not, what colour was it exactly?

Oh and by the way, your drawing skills are really great. I can't even imagine drawing like that
.

Merka and Picollo, Thanks for the helpful comments. So, we seem to have all these aliens documented but no amphibiods :O? Hasn't anyone had an encounter with these kinds of beings?

There's some resembleance with the North Canol Road case, Martindoolittle:

Their colour was pretty tricky, they had grey skin with a yellowy tinge to it. I put green in there because it felt right, but I could just be adding that because I know what Praying Mantises look like.

During the encounter the being kinda had the light behind him so colour was particularly tricky to determine.

I think that the teeth on it's face may be slightly wrong. The way their mouths seem to be vertical is right, but I think that the teeth should be rounder and broader. Like scoops rather than hooks.

Internos, it looks as if they are trying to illustrate the same being as myself, cheers for the comparison.

Thanks for the comments.

Internos, This might sound stupid, but is that photo real? or just shown as an illustration?

Martindoolittle, I'm really fascinated by your story. Were they kind to you or evil? Did they talk? What did their ship look like?

I hope you don't mind me asking these questions, I'm really interested and want to compare and see the differences between the Greys (from their reported abductions) and your abduction.

Thanks
.

The sketch does look remarkably similar to a praying mantis, but there are some key differences (despite the obvious). The being in the sketch had no antennae, slightly different facial structure and mouth, and the eyes seem further to the side than in praying mantis. I'm just pointing this out for anyone who may claim you're just anthropomorphizing a praying mantis. Very good sketch by the way.

The chances of another race evolving with tow legs and walking upright like humans is unlikely. So how come ALL alien races are humanoid?

On the contrary, bipedalism would seem quite necessary for intelligence to evolve. As walking upright, we are free to use our hands for many things, especially the use of tools. The majority of animals on this planet are quadrupeds but they'll use their front legs for many different things (pouncing, batting things around, etc) while their back legs are used for movement only. Some animals (like the raccoon or a rat) will stand on their back legs in order to grasp objects so its not crazy to think that they may one day become bipedal.

Kozmik,

When I saw the mantis type fellows I was on a large ship filled with different species including this one.

I am not happy with how thin the rear legs are in this picture also the neck should be thicker and a bit shorter, but these beings were semi quadruped.

Sorry Mr Andy.

I do agree that the reason most E.Ts are bipedal is because this shape makes a lot of sense. I think that evolutionary convergence at work, a huge number of sea creatures are fish shaped, but there are exceptions to that rule, with more exotic shapes that do the same job.

The bipedal symmetrical four limb shape is well suited for intelligence, but I think that there are other more exotic shapes out there as well.

Kozmik, the Mantis folks didn't seem particularly evil, just really, really weird looking.

Hi, Kozmik

It's an artist's rendition of the CE: this is the caption of the image:
Fig. 9. close-up of aliens in figure 8. Artwork by Patty D. & Jim G.

This is the relevant thread on ATS:
The North Canol Road Abduction Yukon, Canada started by 1nL1ghtened

Martindoolittle: if you check that thread, you will find out that Martin Jasek, the guy who investigated the case, joined ATS and shared informations regarding the story: in my opinion this resembleance is worthy to be investigated

Some of these 'contacts' could have been '___' induced contacts, so it would actually be different from an actual physical contact from an drug-induced contact.

Especially Mantids (Insectoids), I've only seen accounts of people encountering Mantids while using '___' or an similar drug.

Possibly some species transcend existential planes and are only exposed when certain gateways are opened.
