President and Vice-President of Taiwan Shot

The injuries weren't considering life threatening. President Chen was hit in the stomach while Lu's, the Vice-President, was grazed by the bullet in the leg. They seemed to have been going down the street, fire works and such were going off and nobody realized they had been shot, they claim to never have even heard the shots going off. Guess this will end to the loud popping noises on their lil campaigns trails, eh?

Anywho, it's interesting to find out who did this. No suspects at this time, but wonder who is gonna end up for the blame.

My guess some nut.

Rather strange this happens just as China and France are holding Naval exercises in the area, don't you think
