30 little known facts about America

Okay...some people doubt it, and other say most of it is true...so which is it?

Can anyone lay any real substantial evidence about these "facts". Because I cannot believe something if there is doubt and question. The people who do know...I need to see why you know. Why this is real. What makes it proof.

And for the people who disbelieve, I need the same from you. This is not one of those things that opinion and faith can rule. This is plain and simple truth, either like it or dislike it, but do not deny it.

Anyone got any strong sources to support their claims or beliefs on this topic? I need to know exactly where I stand on this Earth...after all, I live here.

Most Americans are blind fools and if they aren't fools they are truly evil.
It is unbelievable to see how many blind fools are going to vote for a professional murderer, and they are proud of it, they are using the fact that MCcain killed people to try to win your vote. He is proud to be a professional murderer. That is called false pride. If you think that a soldier is a hero than you are truly blind and truly lost, or you are truly evil. Most Americans are blind to true evil. They make you believe that America is the greatest country in the world, but America has attacked for more countries than any other country on earth. They used the atomic bomb against humans, great country. They lied to you, brainwashed you to get your support to attack other countries, great country. They tried to dumb you down, enslave you, enslave your mind, brainwash you, waste your time, keep you busy doing what does not matter the most, misdirect you, mislead you and yet some fools believe that America is the greatest country in the world. These are simply a couple of examples but I can write a whole bible revealing Americas evil actions. Free your mind and open your eyes.

The birth certificate created a FICTION (the name of the baby in upper case letters). The state/ province
sells the birth certificate to the Commerce Department of the corporations of USA/CA, which in turn places a bond on the birth certificate thereby making it a negotiable instrument, and placing the fiction, called a STRAWMAN, into the warehouse of the corporations of USA/CA. Representation for the created fiction was given to the BAR (British Accredited Registry/Regency), owned and operated by the Crown, for the purpose of contracting the fiction (which most of us think is ourselves) into a third party action. Do not underestimate the power behind this trick. It is to con us into contracting with the feds so that they can
‘legally’ confiscate our property. All these contracts have only our signatures on them because corporate fictions cannot contract (only natural beings have the right to contract – and the right not to contract).
Because there is no full disclosure – we are never told that we have just signed away what we believe to be
our property – these contracts are fraudulent, and hence, we are still the lawful owner and the profit earned by the feds from selling securities (our property) belongs to us and must go into a fund for our benefit, otherwise it would be fraud. Not wanting to be charged with fraud, the feds had to create a remedy for us ...and hope we wouldn’t discover it.

Whenever a SIN number is attached to any contract, then that contract involves the Slave. People become surety for the debt by a number of different ways. One way is by a Birth Certificate when the baby's footprint is placed thereon before it touches the land. The certificate is recorded at a County Recorder, then sent to a Secretary of State which sends it to the Bureau of Census of the Commerce Department. This process converts a man's life, labor, and property to an asset of the US government when this person receives a benefit from the government such as a drivers license, food stamps, free mail delivery, etc. This person becomes a fictional persona in commerce. The best example of the effects of registration is the birth certificate. A bankrupt entity – city, state/
province, country – cannot operate in commerce. So how do they manage? Since USA/CA have been
bankrupt for decades, having no substance such as gold and silver to back it, the only asset it has are men and women and our labour. We are the collateral for the interest on the loan of the World Bank. Each of us is registered, via the application for a birth certificate. The Treasury issues a bond on the birth certificate and the bond is sold at a securities exchange and bought by the FRB/BoC, which then uses it as collateral to issue bank notes. The bond is held in trust for the Feds at the Depository Trust Corporation. We are the surety on said bonds. Our labour/energy is then payable at some future date. Hence we become the ‘transmitting utility’ for the transmission of energy. The USG/CAG, in order to provide necessary goods and services, created a commercial bond (promissory note), by pledging the property, labour, life and body of its citizens, as payment for the debt (bankruptcy). This commercial bond made chattel (property) out of us all. We became nothing more than ‘human resources’ and collateral for the debt. This was without our knowledge and/or our consent, via the filing (registration) of our birth certificates. When mums apply for a birth certificate, the application is registered. The legal title of her baby is then transferred from mum to the State. Mum is left with equitable title of her baby whom she can use for a fee – a ‘use tax’ – and since the property does not belong to her, she has to treat it in the manner which the owner wants.

That source is a paper published by the Council on Foreign Relations. While being influential and suspicious, the CFR does not justify a claim that the Social Security System is orchestrated by the UN.

Hey, just FYI, CFR in this context does NOT refer to the Council on Foreign Relations, but to the Code of Federal Regulations, which are the rules applied in the interpretation of statutory law. While not laws themselves, they have the defacto effect of legislation in that they are requried to be followed in certain dealings with governmental departments. For example, Title 37 CFR sets forth the rules regarding the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Laws found in 35 U.S.C. The rules are basically an extension and clarification of the Laws.

You are right, they are privatizing. I don't know why the video says something about Klamath Lake though. Oregon is the owner right now. I'm still trying to see if it was years ago.

What you fail to understand is that everything I do is a choice. A slave has no choice. And as long as my mind is free, no man can enslave me.

True, but if you left your job tommorow, how long would you last, how long would your savings last? or could you give up tommorow and be set? I envy you if you do, but this is not the case for most.

We are all slaves in varying degrees of the word, I would say we have the illusion of choice, but not the choice. You could choose whether or not to get a mortgage, for the simple need of shelter, but there is no real choice, or should I say, there is less and less choice. You could choose not to pay taxes, but you will have to pay in the end...or go on the lamb

Were we do have choices, we are 'funneled' towards their choices, IMO anyway.

Before you go disbelieving, there was a thread a while back, about parents from a school, being threatened with legal action, because they wouldn't let their children get certain shots that concerned them, I'll try and find it.

Another classical example where, when ATS members WANT to believe something, they will regardless of the facts. If you look up any of the laws "cited" for these facts, they either DONT EXIST or have NO RELATION TO THE CLAIM BEING MADE.

But who cares about that? People want to believe this stuff, and so they will.

Need to research this more but I noticed that some IRS publications do cite "IMF" but this is the Individual Master File. Could this be why they thought it has something to do with the Internal Monetary Fund?

I dunno...so far it seems that a lot of these claims are based of of shallow assumptions within these texts and misinterpretations of their actual meaning.

So, soldiers who fought in WWII to stop Hitler aren't heroes?

Okay so here's something on IRS Form 1040 being a tax paid to Britain.

I found Publication 6209 but it is absolutely HUGE. It is a decoder for the IMF which is an Individual Master File. Every tax paying citizen has one.

Here's how one person explains (in words that I really can't seem to cipher so maybe someone else can make it clearer) how exactly what we pay in taxes with form 1040 goes to Britain...

As further evidence, not that any is needed, a percentage of taxes that are paid are to enrich the king/queen of England. For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF, which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be able to break their codes using file 6209, which is about 467 pages. On your IMF you will find a blocking series, which tells you what type of tax you are paying. You will probably find a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 says is reserved. You then look up the BMF 300-399, which is the Business Master File in 6209. You would have seen prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, non-refile DLN. Meaning everyone is considered a business and involved in commerce and you are being held liable for a tax via a treaty between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.. The form that is supposed to be used for this is form 8288, FIRPTA - Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Account, you won't find many people using this form, just the 1040 form. The 8288 form can be found in the Law Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter 3. If you will check the OMB's paper - Office of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List of Active Information Collections, Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act, you will find this form under OMB number 1545-0902, which says U.S. withholding tax-return for dispositions by foreign persons of U.S. real property interests-statement of withholding on dispositions, by foreign persons, of U.S. Form #8288 #8288a. These codes have since been changed to read as follows; IMF 300-309, Barred Assement, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved, the BMF 300-309 reads the same as IMF 300-309. BMF 390-399 reads U.S./U.K. Tax Treaty Claims. The long and short of it is nothing changed, the government just made it plainer, the 1040 is the payment of a foreign tax to the king/queen of England. We have been in financial servitude since the Treaty of 1783.

Honestly, it is pretty wordy...but it seems that this person MIGHT have logically laid out why 1040 is what it is.

This would be very interesting to me being as how I work for an accounting firm.
