I actually watched all his videos from Project Camelot 3 times. He was very clear. I actually wrote to Bill about the anomaly of the people that were future humans giving us a device that could create their future. Thus, cause and effect becomes, effect causing cause. It didn't make sense to me. They were working hard to create the disaster that justified their history.

Hello, I am new here but have been reading for a wile.

I wanted to reply to this post about vibrational levels because of the number of sources that I have come across that seem to affirm the posters belief that generally higher vibrational levels are good apposed to bad, which makes me belief that compared to us all the supposed races of extraterrestrials are better morally or at higher vibrational levels.

One source is just about vibrational energy, it is a book called The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene. Otherwise known as String Theory, which basically states that at the core of all mater and subatomic particles are vibrating strings or loops of energy which makes up all matter. So with this we have a general theory as a base to start from.

Another is in The Free Energy Secrets of Cold Electricity by Peter Lindemann. One chapter is a detailed explanation of Nicola Tesla's 'free energy' device and how he came about the discovery. On page 22 it reads "With impulses of 1.0 microsecond duration, strong physiological heat was
sensed. Further decreases in impulse duration brought spontaneous illuminations capable of filling rooms and vacuum globes with white light. At these impulse frequencies, Tesla was able to stimulate the appearance of effects, which are normally admixed among the electromagnetic energies inherent in sunlight. Shorter impulses produced cool room penetrating breezes, with an accompanying uplift in mood and awareness. There were no limits in this progression toward impulses of diminished duration." I personally belief that the aether energy he taped into is one and the same as string theory stuff, but that is a different topic.

and another is from Masaru Emoto at www.hado.net... He is using meditative techniques to change water into different forms when freezing. The interesting part to me is that the crystals that form seem to represent the thought or emotion sent to them. So a negative thought or emotion like 'this water will kill you' shows up as chaos (kind of like a broken egg), and a positive thought like 'the chi of love' shows up as a remarkably beautiful (and orderly) snow flake design.

All that said I do belief that some are on higher moral planes then others, and that from our prospective some might even seem negative, but I just wanted to show you all that there is some evidence (with the crystal photos) and good theories that correspond to the whole new age spirituality movement.

this is just illogical. who's to say that once the aliens attain this state in their evolution (of interstellar travel and weapons of unimaginable destructive power) that they don't just revert back to some primitively aggressive form and turn on us (they've had us in their sights for some time. now they don't need to destroy each other!). by the time you have the two aforementioned technological capabilities, your frontiers have expanded greatly beyond planetary boundaries. the ability to leave one's own world and culture intact arrives at the exact same time as the other two capabilities. if you need to let off steam, you can now destroy someone else's planet. it's like a punching bag. you don't have to self-mutilate to get your anger out anymore. who knows, they might not want to destroy earth, just pillage it.

It is curious to me that a species so advanced that it can send a ship to our planet, seemingly teleport abcuctees, and do physics defying manuvers spends their time sneeking around abducting people or buzzing corn fields.

I'm not trying to sound flipant, but think about it. These visitations were noted during World War II. Pilots used to talk about the Fu Fighters. Orbs of light flying in the sky. So, let's just say one or more alien species have been in some kind of contact with us for over 50 years. All they can do is experiment on some people and play hide and seek in the sky?

Does that make any sense? It sounds very ignorant. I understand that their culture would be vastly different than ours, but the fact a species would make the technologically difficult effort to cross vast reaches of space, implies some kind of intent.

In my opinion, and I do consider myself a UFO/Alien expert by any means, the accounts of abduction and UFO sightings don't reveal an intentionality that corresponds to the effort to get here.

Something else is going on, and it doesn't seem benign.

I can't believe that so many people are flaming the OP for his/her view on this subject.

First of all you (as in the passive se) cannot for one minute compare ebe's thinking, with our own (human) in order to see you need to close your eyes. and LOOK!

How many of us have done something completely out of nature when we have been in hospital or been at home with a high temperature when we have been ill, something that we would never normally do but we weren't ourselves because of a virus/ bug inside of us upsetting our balance of our bodies?

For the people that have been abducted instead of blaming E.T you need to focus your blame on the 'powers that be' they are the ones that have/are allowing this to happen, they allow you to be taken in order for them to obtain magical mystery technology (which filters down to us eventually)

Its impossible to blame ET for the wanton destruction of our planet, you (again passive), abduction,for not coming to our aid. Without understanding life itself.

Thanks for your input. I have read about most of what you posted and there does seem to be the begining of a theoretical foundation for the high-low frequency ethics model, but it is something as a civilization we have to put more effort into discovering.

Or perhaps we have to get over our cultural amnesia and look at history, as we may have had the actual knowledge before: en.wikipedia.org...

Everything is intertwined, and we need to overcome the compartmentalization of knowledge of the western world and see the big picture, in all it's beauty.

Here is where you're talking about higher dimensional beings such as fifth or more (ie. pleiadians). Yes, they really are considered to be spiritually advanced. Already ascended so to speak. I kind of treat the ascended races somewhat differently. I imagine this requires operating from our higher levels, not just the 3 base chakras of survival, sex and power as James Gilliland describes.

I do suspect they are not "alien," those Grays, in that they too were genetically developed here on Earth, for the purpose initially of working mining operations, and with a few tweaks, taking over administration as well.

There are, however, other races involved. The one who gave the Hopi the history of Earth was presumed to be a Blue. Some of these races are hoping we humans do well. Others are less inclined to be favorable to us.

I recommend The Terra Papers (again) as an awesome trove of data, and am inclined to believe what is in them over all other accounts for the simple reason that, unlike all other stories we are given, they did not come from:

1. Abduction
2. OOBE
3. A deliberate approach
4. A channeling

They came from a rescued ET (1947) who was hidden from the military, and nursed back to health. In exchange for that kindness, and developed trust, the ET offered the history of the Earth to the Hopi (with holograms and such).

And I find they make, by far, the most sense of the Universe I live in. Your Universe may vary.

Many of you deny facts that have been presented, you make excuses for what these beings do instead of laying the responcibility of there actions on them.

perhaps we should look at the universe as a conglomeration of all types of energy, not just love. all things large and small follow a pattern, or cycle, as these energies try to balance themselves out. while some believe that only love is capable of survival and evolution, the truth may be that all types of energy will at some point come to predominate the universe, as any small concentration can explode if given the right circumstances.
also, there are many different kinds of ET's, and while some species may seem malevolent to us through their actions alone, their actual intentions still remain a mystery. if a species can learn to control its aggressive tendencies, (if these dispositions existed in the first place), would they stop there? there are a wide range of emotions that can lead to aggression. in order to thrive in a perfectly controlled society, the path to ultimate suppression would require the inhibition of an entire spectrum of emotions ranging from joy all the way down to regret. such a species would act according to a long-term goal and while their actions would be unselfish as a whole, respect for the value of individual life would not be a factor.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but you are arguing over motives of an (at this time) imaginary being. How about loosening the tinfoil for a bit and focus on finding some actual "good" evidence to support this new age hippie garbage. I'm not talking about a foam head in a window (the fake video was better than the "real" video) or some grainy video footage. Its been an ongoing circus since the 40s and has yet to yield anything solid.

I dont want "believe" in aliens, I want to know for sure. Until one lands in my yard and crushes my car (hopefully my wife), I'm going to find it a bit loopy to think anyone talks to them on the weekends and trades galactic chit chat, as if anyone of us is important enough to be in the loop. While I can see the potential for this hypothesis to become refined enough that we could conclude space faring species are intrinsically benevolent, I don't find it convincing thus far.

For one thing, any statement in which an intrinsic quality is attributed to an entity or a class of entity (Ice cream is delicious, men are dogs) is a broad generalization. If there was an extraterrestrial species, what leads us to assume that they are all "the same" and in agreement with one another? What do we know about their social structure? what do we know about their dependence on material resources? Does the ability to travel to another star require that a species is in perfect harmony amongst themselves?

What leads us to believe that their motives and circumstances are not subject to change? Could they be benevolent at one time and then later willing to take advantage of another species in order to survive, if the circumstances require it?

While I fully agree that people quoting the bible to substantiate any extraterrestrial claims are on very shaky ground, I disagree that we know enough to draw any kinds of conclusions, other than the following:

-There have been unexplained events taking place,
-Those events are reported in association with technologically advanced humanoid beings, odd looking craft, and radar returns for what would appear like advanced intelligently controlled craft
-A recent change in how several world governments are dealing with those reports in that they are now acknowledging their interest.

I think that it is of more interest to study actual evidence of said events before we reach any conclusions. Circumstantial evidence though not conclusive is still worth a look.
