Hacker Gary McKinnon loses appeal

Wasn't sure which forum to put this in. An hour ago Gary lost his case. The full article is through the link. I knew he'd lose, but hoped that he wouldn't. Now we'll just have to see how they'll go about prosecuting him. Whisch approach will it be? No trespass or hacking. Got to be criminal damage or similar.

Its not fair in any way, shape or form, but I guess nobody cares about that.
