Online police/fire scanner?

does anyone know of any website or free software where is can listen to my local police-fire-ems cb radio scanner frequency's live with out and actual cb scanner radio i want to listen live over the web???

I know of at least two maybe three online scanners, but I don't know if they are the paricular area that you are looking for.
