Equilibrium the movie

I am not sure if anyone else has seen this movie but I recommend it as being a high up watch at least once movie its close and almost a cross between 1984 and the matrix here is a trailer of the movie.

Didn't care for it. I don't know if it was the camera work or what, but it seemed like a really 'cheap' film to me.

A good watch for some evening when you dont have anything better to do.

I loved this film!!!

The whole idea of the goverment suppressing emotions and then when they discover people who can feel...they kill them...creepy as hell but a brilliant film.

Christian Bale...wow...he kicks azz!
Sean Bean..why did he have to die so soon!

As Seven Said...the Gun Katas kick butt and the whole chorogrophy (sp) is amazing.

I liked the movie. I is a "B" movie, but it is a top grade "B" movie.
It has many great action scenes and the story is quite good.
I recommend you see this movie.

no not 1984, but it reminded me more of fahrinheit 451. just my opinion

I just watched this movie tonight. I quite enjoyed it. Falcon has it right on when he says it's a cross between 1984 and the Matrix, although I would say it's heavier towards 1984, since it's primary similarity to the Matrix is the fight scenes, which are pretty good. As KrazyIvan noted, it bears a strong resemblance to Fahrenheit 451, as well. All in all, I'd recommend this movie to anyone who likes sci-fi stories about dystopian societies. It's also good for those who like to think; some of the ideas and issues in this movie are quite interesting.

This is an awesome movie.

Definitely worth watching.

One of the best movies I've ever seen, I especially enjoyed the end where they had the final show down and the main character sliced of that bad guys face. Anyways an absolutely awsome movie.
