Yesterday, A daring plan by a lady from Australia named Ms D'Souza, competing in the Move An Asteroid 2008 competition, won an award against other
competitors around the world for moving an asteroid.
Just like wrapping your lunch up for work, instead just wrap a everyday asteroid (half wrap, 50% of the asteroid), let the sun heat the wrap by
causing enhanced radiation and BAM asteroid will shift course.
When I read this, I didn't know what to think, wrapping an asteroid???? protection???
She said the idea can also be used for satellites moving them around in orbit by using the radiation to move the objects.
Here is the source. Have a read and PLEASE do tell your thoughts
