the guy who uploaded the video to youtube says that men in black arrived at the scene, he also says that the fella in the car had military tattoos.

I thought the MIB liked to get rid of any evidence where they are involved. Wouldn't they have tried to confiscate the video?

Also, what am I missing? Aside from the obvious of indicating the guy was in the military at some point, does the fact that he has military tattoos have any significance?

The video is really creepy and I sure hope we can get additional information!! Good find!

Well the youtube member does say on his comments that he ran away as the MIB arrived, I suppose we can only believe this as we have no proof that he didn't so we can only take his world.

I think the fact that he had military tattoos does actually have some significance as its well known that militarys around the world have tested certain drugs on their soldiers and it would be more believable in my oppinion that the guy is or was a soldier.

It's plausible to speculate that he is a soldier or agent of some kind that has been brainwashed/mind control subject and that fact he has military tattoos further supports that theory.

Just my oppinion though

its not the cia doing these mind control schisms,its those pretending to be the cia,using them as a mask.
why would the cia use its own agents as a victim when theres billions of other people they could use who would be unable to fight back whatsoever?.

its not just drug rehabilitation units,its medical facilities throughout the world.

the mib have no real powers,they are imposters,they are the same entities pretending to be the cia.they just trick and decieve people into getting what they want.
why would they always dress in black?,be easily indentifiable?,to me the hallmark of any agent of any kind is disguise,hiding ones idenitity yet these entities always show exactly who they are,and its all about intimidation and trickery for they have ZERO duristriction over anyone.they just act as bogey men to cover up thier own dirty work.

I think we should look into conducting some serious research into CIA experiments being conducted through drug rehab centers, we may actually have a real conspiracy on our hands,all after a little google search of a couple things the nutjob in the video spit out. Okay, sounds to me like he is saying the name Thomas FAULK or VOLK, he claims that Thomas Faulk/Volk is with the CIA and is a special agent (not that he, meaning the crash victim, is in the CIA). At the end I heard him say "somebody take me to the ATS, they have a medical thing going on", I believe. After that I could have swore I heard him say "magic domino" or "magic L&O" then he says "CIA, Thomas Faulk/Volk, we know you guys have an experiment".

I do believe that those were fireworks going off in the background. I could not place the horse drawn carriage from anywhere in particular.

Kind of hard to say on this video, but from my experiences (a long time ago) with '___' and peyote, he looks like he is on one or the other. Experiment....maybe. this is one of those video's that is right on the fence for me, but the very thing that he is talking about is without a doubt going on. What is being debated here is, was he one of the experiments.

Anyone notice that his car is jacked up a bit he is wearing a wife beater and he has ridciulous rims on his car?

Heh, that was my first as well, 3 or 4 different sites. Kinda lends to pondering the veracity of the video ....... is it vid, or is it spam?

hi could you describe the so called men in black?.did thet just steam roller in pretending to have some official clearance?.
how long after the accident did they arrive?.(reason being it takes some time for a secret service or whatever tthe "mib" are PRETENDING to be to arrive at a scene such as this,they appeared to arrive rather quickly didnt they?,how did they find out and get to the scene so quickly!?!?)

how did they move and walk?, would you describe it as normal human movement?.they if inexperienced are sometimes unable to behave like a normal human and those with a sharp eye can detect it. were there movements brisk, fast and exact?.

also how were the people around mr volt acting, i see some were trying to get him outta the car, why?,did it appear as if he was being hounded by people when he shouldnt have been?.

lastly can anyone tell by his accent where mr volk is from?.
