Why are there people that believe life would be boring without conflict?

I mean really. What purpose does conflict serve in our life other than to annoy us? I don't understand why people think life would be boring without conflict. Without conflict with relationships one would simply be a lot happier.

Anywho...

I think there are a couple reasons here.

1. Some may perceive that without lows we cannot appreciate the highs

2. Some may perceive that life simply becomes boring without any conflict and perfection in a relationship makes it a bit pointless

I for one have to agree totally. Conflict is old. I know some love drama and that's fine with me. Give me some peace and quiet thanks :-p
