Too me, this is just a little to convenient. This "investigation" just keeps getting better and better. If there is not a cover up of some kind going on here I would be very surprised.

The investigation may have been botched, reasons unknown.... But it was still Ivins attempting to make a career out of his job. I certainly can't wait until they release the final story so group A can assume conspiracy while group B can go on with their lives.
