Dali gave the following explanation in a taped interview in the summer of 1966:
"What the American people like best is: first, blood - you have seen all the great American movies, especially the historical ones; there are always scenes where the hero is beaten in the most sadistic way in the world and where one witnesses veritable orgies of blood!"

Whilst staying at a hotel room in Budapest I saw this Dali painting I\'d never seen before so i thought I\'d share it with you...The painting is called GEOPOLITICUS CHILD WATCHING THE BIRTH OF THE NEW MAN, and shows the \'New Man\' emerginf rom the USA, his arm reaching the Atlantic toward Europe. The thing that really caught my attention is where the \'Geopoliticus Child\' is pointing...

Georgia?

Goepoliticus?! What the hell does that mean? Was that a clue that all political \'sides\' are one and the same perchance? Or that Georgia is the geopolitical child being used by both \'sides\' to orchestrate the dawning of the new world order?

So when I got home I looked into it, and found this painting too...

This one clearly shows a blue and red figure with a candle within his head. Personally I don\'t believe for one second the garbage Dali spews on this thread...he is clearly alluding to the fact that the blue and red of the Republicans/Democrats (also the colours of the two Masonic Lodges) work as one body, illuminated.

Dali you sly dog...you nearly got away with it...

eeep looks more like hes pointing at Iran than at Georgia, but then i guess that would still open another can of worms maybe a war with Iran was predestined more than likley its because US and Iran have never really played well in the school yard

The Geopoliticus child is definitely not pointing to Iran, as Iran lies East and slighly North of the Red Sea - clearly defined on the painting. I still maintain that Georgia is being pointed out. Thanks for your input though mate
