Alien signal fond by Cassini passing Saturn

Important info - Please read:
Speech patterns have been found in a radio signal released by NASA almost 3 years previously in 2004.

Judge for yourself what the voices are saying, it is a very bizarre anomaly but very much worth investigating.
Instructions:

1) Download and save the original WAV file from NASA/Cassini website:

saturn.jpl.nasa.gov...

2)Open an audio editor like Cool Edit or Sonar and raise the pitch/frequency of the file by 12 tones with the pitch shifter..

and there it is, speech patterns.

How can anyone explain this anomaly. Certainly NASA have no explanation for it after we presented the file to them for their opinion. SETI also dont know what make of it. What do you think?

Are you talking about the same signal being discussed here?

Personally, I don't think this is anything but pattern reconition that we are all hardwired for. When ever you pick up a signal (in cases like this I believe) you are dealing with waves...peaks and valleys. I would think you speed up any natural recorded signals and you would be able to distinguich a pattern to it.

Not near what I wanted to and how I wanted to say it, hope it comes through coherent;y. I know there are people on here way more versed in the technology of this arena, perhaps on of them will stop by.

I've heard the signal before. I have a personal opinion about it as well. When they crashed all that nuclear stuff into Jupiter, I believe in an attempt to play God as in project lucifer, the people living on Saturn under all that cloud, or who have a base there have sent out a warning!

i heard this a few months ago and had no idea what to make of it. its very interesting but without more similar recordings for comparison it remains simply an anomaly. fingers crossed that we find more. may I ask what nuclear material you are referring to? again its a very interesting comment and Id love to think that there are people on saturn...or anywhere else in the universe for that matter but i find the notion instinctively difficult to stomach.
