Why are blatant T&C violations being ignored by mods?

This thread is blatantly in violation of ATS's Terms and Conditions. However despite it being pointed out what T&Cs have been violated (including by U2Us) the mods continue to ignore the thread.

Why are insults etc. allowed in that thread but not elsewhere?

Explain how the posts in that thread show courtesy, respect, decorum? Show how it is NOT insulting to fellow ATS members?

I assume if I start a similar thread questioning the higher cognitive functioning of certain racial groups it will also be ignored by mods? Or is favouritism going on with certain members allowed to post what they like?

More than anything it belongs in BTS imo.

It will get sorted though, no need to call out the mods.

I was being polite by ignoring your rantings in the mentioned thread. But now I think you must be posting from the twilight zone. There is nothing really offensive in the thread. Even the OP is either tongue-in-cheek or flat out stupid.

Oh my, I hope I haven't violated the T&C. Mountains out of mole hills, IMO.

Seems like it's up to the Mods and Administration to judge what is good or bad.

This isn't a democracy.

And I agree the thread listed is BTS material.
