Tom Biscardi was on Fox News this morning, and did a short interview. Among the things he said was that, the freezer that the creature was in, was broken now, that the pair that had found him, were filling it with water, thinking the freezer would turn it to ice. It's a 'frost free' freezer, so instead, the mass of liquid somehow caused the freezer to break down.

Which makes little sense to me. And I had one thought and I'll say it here for the record: if they're a hoax, eventually, there has to come a day of reckoning. Now, how to prevent that from happening? I know - you have the evidence be either stolen, or destroyed.

Tom Biscardi invited the blonde reporter to see the creature in one week. I'm taking bets now that what they will present to reporters and others, will be some carcass remnant. I'm also going to bet that the DNA will either be 'inconclusive' or be ape or something explainable, but as with the whole chupacabra thing, people will want to believe so much, they'll accept it, or explain it away.

I'm suspicious for a lot of reasons, but mainly, if you HAVE a corpse of bigfoot, or heck, say you found a woolly mammoth in the ice or something, you do everything you can to document it's initial state, and it's a race against time with the whole decomposition thing. You'd be insane to let it sit in a BROKEN FREEZER.

And btw, Tom Biscardi:

..Then in 2005 he orchestrated the infamous "Coast-to-Coast AM" radio show scam, regarding a supposed "captured bigfoot" in California. His claims about an imminent capture of a bigfoot in Northern California dominated the popular late night radio shows for several days, like an extended Orson Wells hoax. All the while he was claiming that he would soon show the captured bigfoot to the public via a $14 web-cam subscription. Lots of people, from coast to coast, signed up to see it, assuming that it must be true if it was being talked about on the radio. On the day of reckoning (after receiving an ultimatum from the talk show host) Biscardi claimed he was "hoodwinked" by his team, and there was no captured bigfoot afterall. When the radio host, George Noory, realized the whole story was a fraud on the part of Biscardi, he demanded that Biscardi refund all the money to those who signed up for the web cam service. No one knows if those people ever got their money back.

www.bfro.net...

All this said, I, for a few moments, got really excited when I first read about all this on Cryptomundo. But I'm afraid it's all bunk, alas. Or, I'll be very pleasantly surprised if it isn't.

I can't believe this thread went on for 9 pages before virraszto prevented furthering our own humiliation.

CASE CLOSED.

Moderators - please review this.

What case closed? OK maybe your right they might have attempted to hoax in the past, dubious to say the least, but this has now gone mainstream with coverage on many fronts, I wouldn't worry too much if i were you, If they are hoaxing then trust me they are wasting a lot of peoples time and money, they will get theirs, that would be fraud.

And yet Tom Biscardi didn't seem to 'get his' after his last hoax. If anything, the public with their 2 second memories, seems to have forgotten that he was a hoaxer, and are labeling him "an expert".

I can't believe they shot and killed it!!!! What is the matter with people!! It would give us alot more information in the nature of these creatures if they were captured ALIVE! and then released. He is probably a husband and father! They should be arrested, not go to celebrity status! If indeed these creatures are real, then they should be left alone. OBVIOUSLY they want to be left alone. If this is all true I think it is very sad.

Loren Coleman....

Isn't that the guy about 2 years ago everyone was up in arms about? He organized some big scam where people had to pay by credit card to watch a webcam of his party's week-long travel through the forest looking through bigfoot? It was huge here on ATS, lots of people had to call their credit cards and get the charges reversed due to fraudulent activity, etc.

Nuff said.

No! It was not Loren Coleman that did that. It was Tom Biscardi. And that whole situation was the first thing I thought of when I saw Tiom Biscardi was a part of this newest bigfoot deal.

At any rate, whatever you do, do NOT confuse Loren Coleman and Tom Biscardi. As a matter of fact, Loren Coleman, as I remember it, was one of those that was "up in arms" about that whole situation.

***EDIT*** If someone else already pointed this out, sorry. Maybe I should have read through the entire thread first, but I went ahead and posted anyway because those are two names that should not be confused with each other.

Ooh an expert? well maybe that would be a mistake, but then again how many people study BigFoot? If there are some out there they should have some input on this discovery.

I dont know the extent of their frauds in the past and i will still reserve judgement until the day has passed, but this time I think if they are hoaxing, i dont know if they filed a police report some kind of independant investigation, but if they are wasting these peoples time, they are accountable big time.

One of these guys is a policeman. Can't he be charged with fraud and taken off the police force for this?

Of the many hoaxes of the past rarely has anyone been truly held accountable and 'shot' for it (even though that may be a prudent punishment for the likes of those two hill billies).

Look, they are known band of liars. No matter how much you wan to believe in Bigfoot the truth isn't coming from these jesters.

I've told you its fake, I've argued that the pic is fake and the source is also discredited. What are you guys holding on to?

Have you missed that on each picture they are copyright of a private firm.

It's a scam and they've worked out how to make money out of the scam.

I e-mailed Fox News to see if they heard anything on this.

Today is Wed. so I think everyone can wait until Friday to see if this conference is going to take place.

Patience people

Ick, the second video was the bad one, it made them seem like complete gibbering gibbons. I hope they really do have a body of a bigfoot, simply because it would be a fantastic scientific find. However it's seeming less likely as they're known hoaxers. I don't get it because if i had a bigfoot body then i'd be sending hair and tissue samples to every university i could to get them to believe me.

Thanks a lot for propagating the b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t!

That's exactly what the perpertrators want - media exposure.

They will make money and it is us fools that will help them make it.

Everybody give me 100 bucks each now - I've got a bigfoot scalp with real orange hair ready for DNA analysis!

First few interviews are free, anymore and he'll start to charge.

And it isn't even confirmed yet if it is Bigfoot or not.

See how people make money BEFORE confirmation is made.

The same Loren Coleman that is a consultant on the "copycat effect"?

en.wikipedia.org...

Could this be a case study in the first person for Coleman?

Some Super Moderator closed his thread on the 8th of this month (i think)

That guy was in Beaufort, probably either Parris Island or Marine Corp Air Station. From there to the North GA is quite a haul. Considering that it would probably avoid populate areas (assuming it's for real), about 350-400 miles.

That being said, Tom Biscardi said he's examined the creature and it's real. If this turns out to be a hoax, how is he gonna talk his way out of this one and keep any credibility he has left?

If you found a Bigfoot body, would you spend all your time advertising a website and book, or show the world that body? Event he pictures come across as ridiculous. Why wouldn't they take close up pictures of the eyes, something that people could easily tell were real or not. No, instead we get vague shots of something furry in an freezer.

Plus as has already been said, why would you wait a week to hold a press conference on GROUNDBREAKING news? Aside from that, dead bodies kind of.. you know.... DECOMPOSE VERY RAPIDLY???

Did you actually read the article? Did you look at the pictures provided showing a fridge full of ice and the thawed remains? Wow. Just wow.

That's the same guy. I will say that, from what I've seen, Loren Coleman doesn't have anything to do with this other than posting the info on his site. Having cryptid information on his site is nothing new. That's what cryptomundo.com is for.
