What exactly is the difference between a moderator and a super moderator?

What additional powers are you bestowed as a super mod?

Do super mods make regular mods carry their bags?

How super do you have to be to be a super mod?

Are regular mods subjected to ridicule and abuse of power by the "supers"?

We hold their jackets when it's warm out...

They hold our hands when we're scared...

Other than that, it's Above Top Secret....

Do you have any idea how long I've been waiting to say that?

(Rhetorical)

Regular Mods can suggest you be smushed.

SUPER Mods don't need to suggest it. They just can.

Just post to be less smushable. That's what I do.

Well first, no ATS mod is ordinary

secondly, we have shiny, well mostly shiny capes, asala's is pink. I won't disclose the color of mine.

Lastly, we're all a team, Super Mods, have powers in all forums and Moderators are assigned special forums.

There's some TOP SECRET stuff I can't comment on, so we'll leave it at that.

Mods have forum assignments whereas Supers roam

What additional powers are you bestowed as a super mod?

We have a few more powers that come into play if needed if there are severe T&C violations etc. We also can modify a users title if they become fighter / scholar / writer etc.

But the most common action of both a mod and super mod is applause. If you look at the ration of applause to warns its 40+ to 1

Do super mods make regular mods carry their bags?

As opposed to what? They are also responsable for stocking the staff fridge, cleaning up after Crakaur (they rotate because of some OSHA requirement and the like
)

How super do you have to be to be a super mod?

We are pretty super. Or we are just mods much like any mod you would find in Greek Mythology

Are regular mods subjected to ridicule and abuse of power by the "supers"?

We prefer to use the term "Constructive critisim and feedback"

Caped Crapsaders...

Forum Moderators have admin options (open & close, move, top and untop threads, and edit posts) within their designated fora, Super Moderators have that ability in all forums. Supers can ban and unban members, assign titles, modify points and a few other trade secret functions. All Moderators can warn, post ban, GI, kill avatars, signatures and a few other choice post related options.

As far as any servitude, that is unfounded rumor and innuendo... Now if there are any members who are well versed in the art of wine service and have a tolerance to poo, please U2U me as soon as the system is back up as there is an opening available...

Butlerless Monkeys, not just for having to fetch my own slippers anymore...

That reminds me,

How do site "admins" treat the "supers"?
I imagine they won't even acknowledge the regular mods.

Thank you too S-Dog...

All I want to say is, you'd sure better post the pictures from the ATS/BTS Christmas/Holiday/Seasonal Celebration Par-tay, I want to see who sits down on the copy machine wearing less then their skivies

To be completely honest all staff have equal right to express opinions when it comes to determining official action on the board....everyone is listened to and considered. There are differences in staff levels and what they are tasked with but we really are a team and act as such....even in those times we disagree. Having a diverse group is one of ore best assent...we get reasonable opinions from many different angles that way.
